No there is no "prima facie" case of fraud (which shows you don't know what prima facie even means). No reputable expert has reported any case of fraud. Even the REPuTABLE expert hired by WND says there was no fraud of any kind and that any modifications was due to enhancing the legibility of the document (and one of the reasons why to this day, both frauds; Jerome Corsia and Farrah have never published his report.

Mara Zebest isn't a forensic document expert, and she failed right off the bat by showing she didn't even know what program was used to create the PDF

And any expert worth their salt, wouldn't have spent 2400 man hours examining a PDF from an internet posting.

No, the paid for propaganda lying Cold Cuts posse was nothng but a vehicle for World Nut Daily to put some kind of "authority" behind their claims, all of which the Cold Cuts posse just republished claims that was published at World Nut Daily. Claims that were debunked 3 years prior to the ending of the investigation.

They brought nothing new to the table, and even went so far and used Mara's published article at World Nut Daily as "their" report. And there is a serious issue with the investigation since they published a FOR PROFIT book about the investigation through.... World Nut Daily.

The investigation was supposed to be a NOT FOR PROFIT investigation. That means...oopS! they are can now be in trouble with the IRS.
 
Obama could write his vital statistics with crayon on a paper napkin, and if the State of Hawaii certified that the information matched their records, it would be legally equivalent to the COLB that they issued to him.

The format doesn't matter. The content and the certification by the state does.

So, what you are saying is, the "full faith and credit" clause of the Const. is indeed a license for State officials to commit Birth Certificate fraud???? Is that correct????

If you had actually viewed the entire Press Conference, you would know that the whole purpose of hiring 2 independent computer experts was to test and attempt to replicate the allegations of those who claim an innocent explanation. Each working independently, with 600 tests each, came to the same conclusion. Probable case for FRAUD.

Moreover, there is the Lord Monckton Report which does likewise:

Well theoretically my drivers license was actually issued to me by a cabal of vampires and not the state of California.

Arpaio's "experts" failed voir dire as well. Their evidence is worthless in court because they're not the experts they claim to be. That explains their failure where others have succeeded. When are you going to realize what expertise consists of?

And while you continue to attempt to mock away my arguments, you still have not addressed them. Answer my questions or concede.
