Vaccine/autism CT discussion

Clayton,
Also-weren't you going to tell us.at some point which vaccines you DO think are safe? I seem to remember you stating that you were not opposed to all vaccines, but only opposed to too many at once, or only the "bad" ones. Is that right? If so, which vaccines do you think should given to children and when?

The HPV vaccine is dangerous. I feel sorry for children and adult children whose parents are titmice and are not protectively proactive against it.
Strange you are unable to provide scientific evidence to support your blanket claim.

No, no, no...

Clayton, why is it in poor taste to point out that my son has had every vaccination recommended by his doctors & is doing far better than average?

Eta: Just for the record LashL, My son did his first spit take to your daughters's pic... The boy likes the cougars.

Clayton has admitted he had seven at once when joining the military. Doesn't seem to have affected him?

I'm glad you believe that your unsupported proclamations of crazed ideas obtained from crackpot websites should be sufficient to convince the rest of us. However, given your ideas run counter to virtually all scientific studies and expert opinion, perhaps you can indulge us and provide evidence of your claims? I believe this type of request has been made of you before with no response, but I am always prepared to be surprised.

The crackpots are the ones who can't see the forest for the trees. As in rationalization central.

Like the old tobacco companies.

Like the old tobacco companies.

Except that all the conventional science said tobacco caused cancer and the few tobacco companies fought it for a generation.

With anti-vacc lunatics, it's all the conventional science saying vaccinations are safe and beneficial while the few CT lunatics fight it.

The difference being the tobacco companies have money to shovel into their bogus research, what do the CT lunatics have?

It's from the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons, a small groups of quacks, loons and fundies who also peddle the (debunked) link between abortion and breast cancer and deny evolution.

Off topic, but I thoroughly enjoy that Ron Paul is a member and that they claim Obama uses mind control at his rallies.

Wholly Carp!!!

I've gone through about half that page and it reads like a nightmare.
This group seems to want to set medicine, and society for that matter, back to around 1900.

The EPA is accused of fraud for banning the use of DDT, and the federal government of irresponsibility for banning the use of asbestos in construction.:eek::eek:

The most common examples of fraud in the United States appear to be environmental, including acid rain, ozone holes, carbon dioxide, ultraviolet radiation, global cooling, global warming, endangered species, and pesticides. This article will primarily concern the last, especially DDT. (J. Gordon Edwards, PhD)

Well at least we now know that Clayton did not cite this group out of context.

Oh they embrace a wide range of lunacy.

Stating the obvious, not only is the fact sheet that Clayton used a source invalid for not having any citations or references backing it's claims, but having the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons behind it all? That is absolutely hilarious.

Thank you for linking to their quackery, I'm going to enjoy reading up on them. :)

As I said previously, back then they had the smarts to NOT give pregnant women and infants vaccines.
Wow, never mind vaccines - pregnant babies have bigger problems to worry about.

Then why is this baby...

Not only doing just fine, but is 1-2 months ahead in development even though he has had every vaccination recommended by his doctors?

...and darn cute, too!
