RabbitHabits wasn't expressing an opinion- he/she was pointing out that your "fact sheet" didn't document where your "facts" came from.

In any case, adverse reactions covers a broad spectrum of minor to serious reactions. Yor fact sheet is trying to scare, not enlighten, people.

As pointed out to you many times, medicine and biology prove that NOT vaccinating children is what endangers their health.

You've repeatedly asked if it's not vaccines that cause autism, what is it? You've expressed disbelief that science could not find a cause. So you must be very excited to learn of the recent study that indicates mutations inherited from older fathers are linked to autism! This is discussed in the science section of the forum, and has been in the popular news. Gee- if even one cause of autism can be discovered in this fashion we can really help prevent or treat the disease, rather than waste our time on false leads, like vaccination, that have been proven to not cause autism!

Very mature, Clayton.

Not vaccinating a child increases their risk of endangering their well being. By not being vaccinated, they have a higher chance of catching, let's say measles, and infecting other children who have not been vaccinated.

A good case of this was in Salzuflen, Germany, where a child of an ant-vaccinationist had measles, and while in the hospital waiting room, infected a couple of other children, their cases developed into incurable encephalitis.

I read the original Nature article, and it looked like a solid and carefully researched study to me. Admittedly I am a molecular biologist, not a population geneticist, so I understand the work but I am not an expert in it. Perhaps you can explain your own reservations about the paper, based on your knowledge of the science? The authors had to get through some tough reviewing to publish in Nature, so at least 2 to 3 experts plus an editor must have agreed with them. What specifically do you disagree with?

By the way-why do you bring up " non contagious epidemic?" you do realize the genetics explanation is a non contagious one?

To be fair, the study suggests this older father contribution may explain only 15 to 30% of autism. But that's a lot more than vaccination, which studies have shown contributes to 0% of autism.

Why should we care if a guy who thinks something in the blood eventually ends up in the gastric tract is amazed or thinks it is stupid?

No, it isn't.

My brother got the measles in 1962 before the vaccine was available, and contracted encephalitis that left him permanently brain injured, and he lived a life fraught with difficulties as a result of that, before dying prematurely a couple of years ago.

My daughter, on the other hand, had every single vaccination recommended by her doctors. She was an honours student all through high school, is now a university graduate, an accomplished musician, a lovely young woman, a loyal friend, a compassionate and delightful person all around, and she will soon be writing the LSAT. She had every single recommended vaccination, Clayton. Every single one. And just look how she's turned out.

Clayton, it seems that you bought into the claims made on an anti-vax site about what the CDC and physician's reference say and failed to notice that these quotes are unreferenced. An honest skeptic looks for such things and actually checks on the validity of those quotes and the full context versus the claims made.

Did she get the HPV vaccine?
 
The HPV vaccine is dangerous. I feel sorry for children and adult children whose parents are titmice and are not protectively proactive against it.

I'm glad you believe that your unsupported proclamations of crazed ideas obtained from crackpot websites should be sufficient to convince the rest of us. However, given your ideas run counter to virtually all scientific studies and expert opinion, perhaps you can indulge us and provide evidence of your claims? I believe this type of request has been made of you before with no response, but I am always prepared to be surprised.
