Scientology abandoned by Hubbard's granddaughter & Miscavige's father

It's amusing to see the $cientogists here avoiding all the awkward questions. Pathetic too.

Cool story, bro.

Did LRon actually heal himself of war wounds that left him blind and crippled (wounds that never happened) using methods he invented and later described in Dianetics? Or did he just make the whole thing up?

You will not get an answer from Justinian the super duper OT Thetan Xenu fan.

From one who's country is schizophrenic and doesn't even know whether it's a monarchy or a democracy.

If you don't know where you want to go, you'll never get there.

The deafening silence by Fred and Justinian when it comes to LRH making up war wounds as a basis for inventing dianetics, the backbone of the entire religion, pretty much should tell anyone all they need to know about Scientology. No counterevidence? The silence tells me that it must be true, because they answer other questions that are easier to answer.

But when it comes to LRH's lies, and drinking and popping pills....they remain silent. That tells me A LOT.

2. But to be a fully ordained minister will take doing a course in a church.

Six months ago, I was in prison for arson. Then someone handed me a pamphlet. Now I'm a Priestmunty at my local Chabbernaggle!

Say Hebbo!

From Wikipedia:

Conversion disorder is where patients suffer apparently neurological symptoms, such as numbness, blindness, paralysis, or fits, but without a neurological cause. It is thought that these problems arise in response to difficulties in the patient's life, and conversion is considered a psychiatric disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders fourth edition (DSM-IV).[1]

It's more than possible. It's plausible.

Do I know for sure? No.

Did Ron make up his war wounds or not? Your pathetic attempts at avoiding questions are becoming risible. Are you still watching me?

It was a pretty petty attempt at a jab. "Haha! Your country is different than mine!"

It tells the world everything. Dianetics = Made up male bovine excrement.

And nothing to do with the questions being put to him. Does $cientology turn one into an evasive coward? I thought that Thetans were above making childish jabs.

That's the best you have?

LOL.

Complete nonsense, of course. Because LRon claimed he suffered very severe injuries during the war (he said he was pronounced dead twice). Not that he suffered from some psychological disorder.

Banzai Charge is the term used by the Allied forces to refer to Japanese human wave attacks mounted by infantry units. Impressed with how samurai were trained to commit suicide when a great humiliation was about to befall them, the government educated troops that it was a greater humiliation to surrender to the enemy than to die. (Some here would sacrifice the honor of their moniker than say "Thank you, I didn't know that". )

Note how government trained/educated the troops (their cult) to die rather than surrender. It seems a common characteristic of all governments that it's better to die than to lose. It's one of societies' brainwashing induced insanities. It was one of the efforts of Scientology to alleviate this type of insanity.

My premise: Until the majority can see in himself both the insanity and the brainwashing of their society, then society and the human race is doomed.

That's nice.

Can you direct me to the scientific journals in which the papers establishing the claims L. Ron Hubbard makes in Dianetics were published?

He seems to have passed this psychological disorder onto some of his followers.

Perhaps he can give you the Easter Bunnie's and the Tooth Fairies email addresses at the same time.

If you don't know where you want to go, you'll never get there.

If you're wandering blindfolded through a jungle filled with lions towards a non-existant destination, ignoring the screams of sympathetic onlookers (in helicopters), you'll never get anywhere pleasant.

And you think that's propaganda? I'll be honest, I think you've got the entire scenario backwards: the politicians are pandering to what the masses want to hear, not what the government want them to think. The individual politicians are using the same amount of propaganda as the average actor submitting a headshot and resume for a new job; they're selling themselves.

Sometimes advertising, propaganda, brainwashing, hypnotism, logical fallacies, peer pressure, confusion and various syndromes are all used. Hitler used cheering groups as part of his propaganda technique.

Logic and fact are perhaps the only two things that are not propaganda.

Indeed. In Dianetics, L. Ron Hubbard clearly states that his claims are factual, as they have been proven scientifically. Can you direct me to the scientific journals in which the papers testing these claims have been published?
