Continuation: Discussion of the George Zimmerman case

Well then you clearly didn't read the post you quoted.
You said: "Even though there is zero evidence so far to prove either guilt or innocence."

In which case the only possible verdict is "not guilty". What do you think I'm missing?

Thanks.

Did you see the swelling, black eyes, and bruising on that medical report? And that ot was attributed to an assault?

Did you see those things listed as symptomatic of the other injuries instead of as separate injuries?

Take your time. Read the report.

I know you're a little behind the curve because a schedule of mocking people who actually bother to follow the details of the case can be very demanding.

Also, did you hear? They arrested George Zimmerman.

It was attributed to "an assault" because George told them he was assaulted. Isn't that screamingly obvious, even to you?

Actually, black eyes, bruising and swelling were not attributed to an assault in that medical report.

They were attributed to being symptomatic of a broken nose.

Now, granted the broken nose was attributed to an assault, but I don't think anyone doubts at this point that Martin punched Zimmerman in the nose.

However, trying to separate the blacks eyes, bruising and swelling from the broken nose as additional injuries indicative of an assault is just a wee bit disingenuous.

Yeah, but he was trying to make hay out of the fact that the doctor used the word assault. If George had told her he broke his nose while skiing, she would have called it a skiing accident.

That's just such an obvious thing I can't begin to understand why anyone would argue it.

Unless the PA is now an expert on discerning the cause of an injury just by looking at it?

So, when GZ is convicted on all counts plus perjury, do you think he will be housed in a contract prison far out of state for his own safety? Or is he going to get protection and be kept in-State? I keep imagining him in a prison out in the glades, surrounded by alligators.

I'm pretty sure there will be a trial first. That's the way it usually works. I'd be shocked if his lie by omission makes it anywhere near the courtroom.

Just keep reading, you'll get to it eventually. You probably have forgotten your claim by now though.... If I were you, I would re-read the entire chain of posts.

Since there's nothing else going on right now, a prediction:

Judge Lester will NOT, I repeat NOT, step down from the case.

What say you?

...and psychic powers that told him that GZ was planning to flee the country and would have but for the ankle bracelet.

Since you have once again expressed your incredulity on this issue, maybe now you can provide those other reasons that you've previously asserted exist that an accused murderer would have to hide a large sum of money and a passport from the court, if not to flee the jurisdiction.

Of course, I don't expect this to happen.

Substantiating claims often proves more difficult than flinging crap against the wall to see what sticks.

So I just expect more crap-flinging.

A surprise to no one probably:

George Zimmerman judge: No, I won't step aside

By Rene Stutzman and Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel

8:46 a.m. EDT, August 1, 2012
SANFORD — The judge in the George Zimmerman second-degree murder case has decided not to step aside.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. made that formal ruling today. That's a defeat for Zimmerman, who three weeks ago filed paperwork, saying he feared Lester would not treat him fairly.

That's because in a bond order, Lester described Zimmerman as a manipulator who was gaming the criminal justice system by hiding $130,000 and keeping a secret passport.

The judge wrote that if not for a satellite monitoring system keeping track of his whereabouts, Zimmerman might well have fled.

Defense attorneyMark O'Maracould appeal Lester's decision not to step aside. It was not immediately clear what he would do.

Your link is broken...

So I wonder what the reality here is...

Does the judge continue to be wrong, or are the self-appointed legal experts in this thread who maintain the judge is wrong the ones who are actually wrong?

Quite the conundrum.
