I am quite grey at 33 and started greying at 27, an in my opinion young age to start, but couldn't give a damn about it. Bin Laden was born 20 years before me and did not seem to care previously about appearing quite grey in photos and videos.

And the only explanation for that is it's a fake Bin Laden?

Do you watch movies? TV? Most of those actors over 40 are as grey as you or I. And watching in HD, you can see how bad some of the dye jobs are.

If you note the picture it doesn't look like he dyed his hair but his beard. So what's suspicious about that?

Nothing, which is why, in this instance, his right ear doesn't stick out sideways the way it did in the first picture when something was pressing down on it. The picture of his left ear doesn't show it sticking out either, and there's nothing pressing down on it.

So, what have we learned today? Osama bin Laden's ears aren't identical, and they stick out when there's something pushing them outwards. What a weirdo he was.

You died your hair "in the past when you didn't have grey hair". So, you experimented with colors but when you actually had grey hair, you did not dye it? So you didn't experience psychological issues personally, like me. Did a lot of your friends walk around with grey hair for years and then suddenly had a change of mind?

Yes, I have one friend, in particular, that was greying for many years and then two years ago, lost weight and died his hair. Not my cup of tea, but it makes him happy.

However, I have no idea what this anecdote has to do with the discussion at hand nor why you think it relevant. If you are on the run, sometimes you can't get to the corner drugstore for some hair coloring.

You need to have a bit more evidence to support the theory that OBL died right after 9/11, was impersonated by lookalike(s), and was the subject of a hoax assassination ten years later.
