Scientology abandoned by Hubbard's granddaughter & Miscavige's father

There's been some interesting discussion about prayer and other things since a page back, but I'd like to return to these questions:

The proper use of the Emeter can locate areas of emotional energy in a PC. In an analogous way, OTs are taught to locate emotional energy and communications. We are taught how to communicate to MEST. If people don't think the Emeter works, then I don't really have a chance of explaining OT to them and I won't even try.

To the people that think you can get 'high' from the electricity going through you by holding the cans of an Emeter, I suggest that you could make millions by patenting a device that connects a battery from one wrist to the other.

Lisa McPherson?
I'd be interested in knowing the take of an OTVII on that death.
Justinian, did you know her?
Or people who knew her?

Apparently you if Scientology kills less people than people killed by those under psychiatric care, Scientology wins somehow.

It's a tu quoque, apples and oranges argument.

Sometimes OT phenomena are like the things that happen in Matrix.

A lot of the benefit from the OT levels comes from the setups. Some comes from a feeling that you are less helpless to an understanding of the OT realm.

Being in session with the auditor for a couple of days seems to cause psychic phenomenon. As a consultant if I want a job, I always see my auditor. It always works. I always get the interview and always nail the job after the interview. I've had thirty consulting positions over the years that have lasted, on the average, eight months (until I'm bored with them).

I compared the policy used on Lisa written during the LRH era with the policy written during the Miscavige era. The policies were almost totally different. ...

I'd like to know more about this.
Would you be comfortable telling us about how you lived this situation?

Justinian, I think you're well aware you're propounding a strawman here.
Do you think you could ever get to the point where you can talk about this without these obvious distractions and evasions?
Does your supervisor think this sort of tactic helps you get clear?

That's a very polished way of trying to evade the subject of Lisa McPherguson.
Very polished.
But pathetically obvious.
When was the last time your auditor was on the other side of the cans, Justinian?

I find it odd and amusing that being in a deluded condition is called clear. What is clear about believing in a crackpot religion invented by a third rate SF writer?

Do you find religions that were not "invented by a third rate SF writer" more credible?

Is English your first language?

I hate to break this to him, but i do the same thing, i smoke, actually lately i smoke way too much ( tobacco to be clear.) but i exercise and eat decently so i am in pretty decent shape.

It seems that every benefit he explains is something anyone can do, doesn't really sell scientology to me to be frank about it.

I thought we were through with Lisa. The policy was changed and applied wrongly by incompetent people. I don't think the policy should have been used. Policies like this aren't used in the Freezone.

Thousands have been killed by bad psychiatric results. Thousands have been killed by bad police policy. Thousands have been killed by 'friendly fire' in the military. Thousands have died building big buildings and bridges.

They goofed badly. It was a triple goof. Government has also endorsed projects that goofed and killed. It's too bad.

Scientology says that all accidents are the result of an SP. I'm sure you could find an SP in Scientology. It has happened.

Lol, good point. However, most other religions were not invented with the express purpose of becoming rich.

That's not a joke. This is a joke:

Four Catholic ladies are having coffee together. The first one tells her friends, "My son is a priest. When he walks into a room, everyone calls him 'Father'."

The second Catholic woman chirps, "My son is a Bishop. Whenever he walks into a room, people say, 'Your Grace'."

The third Catholic woman says smugly, "My son is a Cardinal. Whenever he walks into a room, people say, 'Your Eminence'."

The fourth Catholic woman sips her coffee in silence. The first three women give her this subtle "Well.....?"

She replies, "My son is a gorgeous, 6'2", hard bodied stripper. When he walks into a room, people say, 'Oh my God...'."

Why should we believe all your speeches about the grandeur of scientology if its members are capable of such incompetence?

What does scientology achieve if its standards for producing sane human beings are so low that people like that were allowed into positions of responsibility?

If you're going to go on and on about how great scientologists are, it is ridiculous of you to try and play the 'everyone makes mistakes' card.
