BBC now admits al qaeda never existed

Who do you think does the CIA's dirty work? Agents who look like Harry Potter or Helen Trent or Marcus Welby or Kobie or Nancy Drew? Or a group of agents whose membership is made up of agents who look kinda like Harry Potter and Helen Trent and Marcus Welby and Kobie and Nancy Drew?

That reminds me, you've never explained why you claimed to have been in the military.

I'm noticing a complete lack of actual assertions here.

Clayton, there are two Tobruk movies. One filmed in the 60s in Spain with Rock Hudson and George Peppard and one released in 2008 that was filmed in the Czech Republic.

How does that equate to military service?

Oooops. The film location I was involved in was in San Diego county.

imdb is missing a film location for Tobruk.

Will we be getting back to the OP, and the fact that the BBC has NOT claimed that AQ never existed, and the fact that the doc producer never claimed that AQ did NOT exist, and the fact that all that CM illustrated here was that GWB et al exaggerated?

Answer the question, Clayton.

What? And have a woo-peddler amaze us by not doing the Gish Gallop? ;):D

I'm wondering if Mr. Moore here purposely created a dishonest thread. Or if he simply didn't understand the content he was posting. Either way, he knows the truth, as jaydeehess has pointed out numerous times now. Clayton is now purposely dodging questions regarding his OP. That or he's conveniently missed the posts which point out the fact that BBC never said anything about Al-Qaeda NOT existing.

Er, you didn't answer the question about how this equates to military service.

Also: Is the film you were in the one with George Peppard. Otherwise, why have you posted, as evidence, a list of other films?

Assuming your contribution to the movie was credited, why not search for your own name?

The only thing I could think of that Clayton could have done to help make 'Tobruk' is supply them with his vast collection of 3rd Reich uniforms.

The desert scenes for this 2008 film were filmed in Tunisia.

However in a review for the 1967 film it says "I noticed the California National Guard got a big credit at the end".

However I'm suspicious Clayton hasn't seen this pro Jewish film. I have. From the same review.....
Of the leads, George Peppard makes the most of his role as Captain Bergman. Bergman, a victim of Nazi terror, is out for revenge and out to help re-unite the Jewish people. What's hard to swallow is that Bergman already seems to know the Jews will re-unite in Israel, when it wasn't re-formed into a nation by the U.N. until sometime after the end of World War II. Despite this, Peppard is passionate but never overacts. This is the type of role he was perfectly suited for, and it was fun to watch his performance.

So CM was in the National Guard during the peak of the Vietnam War?

Technical advice and assistance was provided by the 40th Armored Division ("Grizzly") of the California Army National Guard.

Something is not adding up. It would seem very improbable that Clayton would offer "technical advice" on WWII as he knows nothing about WWII and the film had no big battle scenes that required extras from the army ( ie Waterloo the movie).

I think our legs are being pulled by Clayton.

Clayton, do you have documents and photos to verify this? Does the production company have a list containing your name and the help provided?

All you are supplying is a statement without any facts that can be verified, and your testimony is worth nothing. How can I believe that you did anything to help in the production of 'Tobruk'?

I don't believe a word of it.
