No one at the CIA or anywhere else in the gov't consciously made a decision to let AQ murder thousands of Americans. It was a cluster ****. Nothing else.
That is not what the overwhelming evidence found in the official US government documents from the several investigations of the attacks on 9/11 now show, as my information has documented. I have listed this information chapter and verse.
You were mislead by the 9/11 Commission which was set up to prove that no one was to be blamed for allowing the attacks on 9/11. By combining this report with the many other reports and documents on 9/11, it was easy to prove that the CIA using FBI agents at FBI HQ that they had corrupted had deliberately allowed the attacks on 9/11 to take place. All of the information I have presented comes directly out of the official US government documents, the DOJ IG report, the 9/11 Commission report, the defense exhibits from the Moussaoui trial, and with some information that was missing in these documents taken from the account of FBI Agent Ali Soufan, by Lawrence Wright, the book State of Denial by Bob Woodward and the article in Harpers on Richard Blee, Chief of the CIA bin Laden unit.

Sorry to pop your bubble, but you have been hood winked by the 9/11 Commission, and their complete farce of a report on 9/11. You have been made to drink their cool aid. The information that they presented in their 9/11 Commission report has been shown to again and again to be completely misleading. Even when you look back at the testimony given at the 9/11 Commission public hearings it is completely obvious that the high level CIA officials had lied repeatedly to the 9/11 Commission and to the American people. I have presented these lies several times and even their testimony which was complete nonsense.
I will give you just one example:
On April 14, 2004 9/11 Commissioner Tim Roemer asked CIA Director George Tenet under oath if he knew a huge al Qaeda attack was just about to take place in August 2001, and knew it would kill thousands of Americans, what did he tell the President about this attack in August. Tenet stated under oath that he did not tell the President anything about this attack. Roemer, who was flummoxed by this response than asked Tenet why he had not told the President about this huge al Qaeda attack in August 2001. Tenet stated that this was because he, Tenet , was in Washington DC and the President was in the western White House at Crawford, Texas. Again Roemer is almost speechless by this response. Then Roemer asked CIA Director George Tenet why he did not pick up a telephone and call the President and give him this information. Tenet said he had not done this but if he had wanted to he could have called the President and given him this information, he had just not done this.
NOW THIS REALLY MAKES A LOT OF SENSE.
You are the director of the CIA. You know a huge al Qaeda attack is just about to take place inside of the US, yet you do not tell the President about this attack.
SAY WHAT?
When Tenet finished his testimony Bill Harlow, CIA spokesman, told the main stream media that CIA Director George Tenet had lied under oath, that George Tenet had visited the President at Crawford Texas on August 17, 2001, and had seen the President in late August back in Washington, and again 6 more times in September prior to the attacks on 9/11. But the White House web site had an article on it that described the visit by George Tenet on August 24, 2001.

This article even said that Tenet had a 6 hour long meeting with the President on August 24, 2001.
OOPS AGAIN!
But George Tenet had 2 1/2 years to prepare for his testimony in front of the 9/11 Commission so it is highly unlikely he did not know that he had been at the Crawford White House on August 24, 2001, and had a 6 hour meeting with the President of the United States.
By August 24, 2001, Tenet knew about the arrest of Zacarias Moussaoui, knew he was thought to be a terrorist by the FBI trying to learn how to fly a B747 without even a private pilot’s license, knew that the FBI agents that had arrested Moussaoui were having an impossible job trying to get a search warrant for Moussaoui's duffel bag.
Tenet had also known about the fact that both al Qaeda terrorists Khalid al Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi were found by his own CIA bin laden unit to be inside of the US on August 22, 2001, and even knew they were here in order to take part in this huge al Qaeda attack that Tenet had been aware of since April 2001.
This information had gone to the entire CIA on August 22, 2001 just after CIA detailee Margaret Gillespie had found out from the INS that these al Qaeda terrorists were inside of the US and had the CIA bin Laden unit issue a alert throughout the CIA, the State Department and the FBI just after a meeting Gillespie had with FBI Deputy Chief of the ITOS unit, Tom Wilshire, and FBI Agent Dina Corsi. These were the FBI HQ agent and manager that had been central in the criminal conspiracy to hide any and all information on Mihdhar and Hazmi from the FBI criminal Cole bombing investigators and the fact that these al Qaeda terrorists had been at the January 2000 al Qaeda planning meeting with the mastermind of the Cole bombing, Walid bin Attash, actually planning the Cole bombing.
You can’t wish this information away. It will be here for all time. This information comes directly out of the official US government documents and reports on the attacks on 9/11. You can’t make this information go away no matter how hard you try to make it go away.
Not only can you not explain CIA Director George Tenet's bizarre testimony at the 9/11 Commission public hearings on April 14, 2004, but you can’t even explain the more bizarre behavior at the CIA and FBI HQ to shut down all FBI criminal investigations of any and all al Qaeda terrorists found to be inside of the US in late August 2001, when the CIA and FBI HQ knew a huge al Qaeda terrorist attack was just about to take place inside of the US and even knew by shutting these investigations down it would all but guarantee that this al Qaeda attack would not be prevented.
