there are parts missing on the left and at the bottom, and why is it only the short form? where is the long form?

I do wonder, in four years, what the Romney-birther movement might look like. I almost started a thread four years ago asking for predictions about what the biggest CT involving Obama would be in 2012; kind of wish I had, because I certainly didn't see the birthers' being anywhere near as numerous and vocal as they are now.

That is going to be founded on the "You are only NBC if born in the USA to parents who are NBC's born in the USA to parents etc etc etc" theory some birthers have been forwarding.
