The only way this post makes sense, and Unabogie is in error, according to you, is if you think GZ wasn't screaming in terror that infamous night.

Can't be anything else.

Well I just had a relevant (but disturbing) experience.

I was at the gym and an elderly gentleman was on a treadmill in the row ahead of me and to the left. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed he started "floating" back on the treadmill. I think he may have gotten dizzy or disoriented. So he hit the back of the treadmill and fell backwards and hit his head against the treadmill behind him and landed on the floor. His head hit the plastic casing around the machine.

He opened up a wound about the size of a silver dollar and started bleeding pretty profusely. We called 9/11 and I rushed over to help. The gym has a lifeguard who came in to administer first aid. Looking at the wound, it was about twice the size of the one on George's head. And he fell one time.

Take this in whatever way you will.
One question and two comments.

1. Did they arrest the treadmill?
2. I saw a man start to spit up blood today due to an ulcer. Lots, lots more than GZ. And he didn't even fall! Take that however you will.
3. I saw another guy in an MMA fight get pummeled for many rounds and end up with less bleeding than GZ. Man oh man, if GZ had more bleeding than a guy getting beat in a long MMA fight that must mean TM beat him for 10 minutes straight! Take that however you will.

Yes, Paypal has a $10K single transaction limit.

I think the answer to that was clearly given today as a "No", not different.

One other thing. How do we know this guy didn't injure himself after his encounter with the treadmill (or maybe before). I mean sure there were a bunch of people who saw it, but that doesn't mean it's unreasonable to ask if he did it himself afterwards, right ;)?

Wrong again. I posted this earlier, and I know you saw it.

The money was already there from Paypal (or Peter Pan, in Z lingo). See the balance?

The amounts they transferred out to the other account once it was there had nothing to do with PP, and the forensic account analyst even said so on the stand.

You should apply for the JREF prize, knowing something like that.

Look closely:

I was talking about:
PayPal to a bank account. Which has different limits.
You are talking about:

What you are talking about is something different than what I said. That is why details matter - because you get them wrong like this frequently, it seems.

The important detail is that I saw first hand that a single fall, without being "slammed" or assaulted, resulted in a wound twice as big as George's.

In other words, I can now say that in my own experience, George's wound is not proof of being slammed against the concrete for a full minute.

I think you'll find that due to GZ's extreme density, he's not prone to wound easily. As it is, it's rather surprising that TM managed even managed to get a scratch on him. I guess that umpiring all these street fights really paid off and TM picked up some special moves along the way.

Um....the state is not on trial here, and would most likely not be relevant, nor allowed.
I missed the memos on the US system no longer being adversarial, and the state being immune from defense allegations of bias and impropriety as part of a zealous defense.
And last I checked, once the door is opened either side can step though it. At last that's the way it used to be.

Link?

Because of course an elderly person falling backwards and hitting their head on another treadmill tells you everything you need to know that GZ's claim is false.

I no longer need to read Comedy Central, all I have to do is read this thread.

You have serious reading comprehension problems. Unless smugness is making your eyes blur.

What does your analysis suggest?
Would you go for 45 seconds of concrete and 15 seconds of grass?

I think the treadmill example probably shows George didn't fall and get his injuries, since his injuries were less severe than the guy who fell. On the other hand, it's hard to compare what I assume was a glancing blow to more direct, blunt force trauma. I'd want to see an animated reconstruction to be sure.

I hope the old guy is OK. George grew a whole new head of hair because of his injury. Miracles do happen.

Hypothetical:
Would you go through the fuss and bother George has if you got $200,000 at the end of it? I would, except for the possibility of going to prison part.

Why don't you show us all what my serious reading comprehension problem is? Or is it a secret?

BTW, from your earlier post:
I can now say that in my own experience, George's wound is not proof of being slammed against the concrete for a full minute.
Of course it's not "proof". It's merely suggestive that at some point his head was likely slammed against something hard. And as far as your "full minute" part, to clarify, I don't think (hope?) anyone has every seriously suggested that it was being continually slammed on concrete for a minute, I'm sure it was more like "slam.....more struggling....slam...more struggling"...now off of concrete.

Yeah. Like blood stops flowing from a little cut gaping wound on the head within minutes of brutal, repetitive belting on solid concrete.

Dries up so nicely, cleans up so quickly, ya don't even need a bandage.

That is miraculous.
