In recess. Wonder how long it will take.
Why is the 7/11 coming up in the bond hearing?
Unfortunately I can't follow the hearing, so I appreciate the reports from you folks.
My quote of someone claiming GZ will testify make plenty of sense in the context that GZ did not actually testify. I don't understand how this is confusing or controversial.

Yeah, if you want to dismiss the sentence that comes immediately after that.My quote of someone claiming GZ will testify make plenty of sense in the context that GZ did not actually testify. I don't understand how this is confusing or controversial.
In a rather hilarious rant the prosecutor started complaining about some picture that had come into evidence that showed TM in a hoodie and then spoke about how the 7-11 clerk had treated TM like a human being as opposed to a criminal just because he was wearing a hoodie. It was just a bizarre side rant that had 0 relevance other than attempting to inflame. Why is the 7/11 coming up in the bond hearing?

MOM crossed the Rubicon.
To paraphrase, the events were of Trayvon Martin's doing.
MOM introduced three photos from 7/11 in order to "demonstrate his size and the way he looked".
Bernie countered that it was a great photo, since it encapsulated what the case is about: namely, the idea that looking at a black kid wearing a hoodie should be seen as dangerous.
I thought it was effective, and MOM felt he needed to address it again after that.
Yeah you would have a point if it wasn't for the O'Mara trying to get Z to be able to testify without cross hilariousness.
Did MOM introduce the photos first? I thought he only spoke about those images being the most recent ones of TM after the prosecutor had talked about the 7/11 clerk, but I could be misremembering.
Yes, the 7/11 photos were handed over by MOM, with no apparent explanation until later.
Just placing this here for reference.

FYI the prosecutor also made it clear they are going with the theory that GZ chased down and tried to detain TM. So that is the theory on which they are going to base their case.

LIVE: Prosecutor making summation, says he's not trying case today, but would like that because #GeorgeZimmerman would have to take stand.
No.Did you catch whether or not the judge said when he'd rule on a new bond?
What else would you expect him to say in a self-defense case?
