crims claim is that they have to prove that M did not go for the gun and that zero amount of proof that Z is a liar about any of the events surrounding that will matter.

The state has to prove, BARD, that Zimmerman's use of force was unlawful and that cetain other statutory elements existed. If the state proves every statement by Zimmerman a lie, they would not have met that burden without having proven what actually happened.

If all the state did was impeach Zimmerman's every word, the defense would have a ready-made directed verdict.

He also said that the amounts transferred between bank accounts matched "dollar for dollar" the amounts transferred from Paypal. So it sounds like they just transferred the money straight from Paypal and then from one account to another in the same amounts (ETA: the witness just said that was so that they could trace it).

I thought it was interesting as well that they tried three times to transfer money from Paypal in amounts more than $10,000, but obviously weren't able to due to the limit.

I think that strikes me, while watching this Zimmerman walkthrough, is how different he sounds on the NEN call. He sounds like he's slurring his words, and his accent is slightly different. I still think he sounds intoxicated on the NEN call because of this.
