To be insulted by you is to be garlanded with lilies...I must say, there is nothing more entertaining than seeing you repeatedly refer to GZ as Tugboat and now Potted Palm, it's slide splitting and thigh slapping funny, {ed} Rare Truth.
Then what exactly was your point in asserting that the word 'strong' had some significance in that context?I've never claimed this was premeditated murder. Thanks ever so much for not putting words in my fingers.
Then what exactly was your point in asserting that the word 'strong' had some significance in that context?
Since you remind us that you aren't a child, I will rule out that you were just randomly blurting out words by coincidence, and presume that you had a salient point.
I didn't say JKL was revoking GZs bond because the case was strong.
Since I don't think Judge Lester is stupid, there was a reason he revoked GZ's bail. He's seen or is seeing something in this case that gives him a reason to say the case against GZ is strong.

Or, you could clarify what your actual point is with your comments on Jeralyn, The judge's thoughts, etc. There can be strong evidence of a crime without asserting premeditation. If you don't like to read my posts, scroll on by or put me on ignore. Then you won't have to worry about finding any salient points I might include in my posts.
Or, you could clarify what your actual point is with your comments on Jeralyn, The judge's thoughts, etc.
You don't read her blog, but you know that she has 'never met' a defendant that she wasn't biased in favor of?
And you don't know anything about what the judge thought, but you're sure he thought something?
My bad, it is hard in this thread to tell who wants to actually have a useful discussion, and who doesn't care to.
Yes, because than you would have been saying something completely different. When I pointed out that the judge did not revoke bail "because the case was strong", you even continued to argue the point, saying "that's what the judge said". We can't read your mind, if it's totally at odds with your typing. If I had said
He's ALSO seen or is seeing something in this case that gives him a reason to say the case against GZ is strong.
would that have kept this from being an issue for y'all?
One day in the near future
Prosecutor: Mister Zimmerman listen up, you plead guilty, we’ll give you 5 years, out in 3, also total protection on the inside, and we’ll drop the charges against your wife. Otherwise if you go to trial, costing the taxpayers of Florida untold millions and you get convicted, you go in on your own, and your wife will be tried and she’ll be on her own in prison.
Zimmerman: What?
As opposed to admitting to the hundreds of legal citations, factual references and correct explanations I've given already? Many of them to you?Done taking the bait. I'll check back in a bit to see what you're contributing to a useful discussion on this topic.
I must say, there is nothing more entertaining than seeing you repeatedly refer to GZ as Tugboat and now Potted Palm, it's slide splitting and thigh slapping funny, {ed}Rare Truth.
Sure... right after they chloroform his lawyer, so that he can't point out to George how many things are wrong with that...One day in the near future

Judge Lester's words were to the effect of 'I can't let you or his wife testify while George sits there silently, *like* a potted palm...Um, the potted palm was Judge Lester's words, not RT.
And it was GZ himself (and his family) who called himself Tugboat. In addition to "datniggy."Um, the potted palm was Judge Lester's words, not RT.
I think we're all well aware that the term itself was originally used by Judge Lester.Um, the potted palm was Judge Lester's words, not RT.
Well that's a distinction with a difference.Judge Lester's words were to the effect of 'I can't let you or his wife testify while George sits there silently, *like* a potted palm...'
....
Oh, you've made it painfully clear that the difference between rational discourse about what actually happened, and stirring up drama with the conspiracy theories, is laughable to you.Well that's a distinction with a difference.

“Does your client get to sit there like a potted palm and let you lead me down the primrose path? That's the issue.”
Woo Hoo. We've determined Judge Lester doesn't think George actually *is* a tropical plant in a container, leading a judge astray into the trellised trail of primrosian gardens.
Rhetoricians cheer the world over.
