Trayvon Martin, Vigilante Justice

So George says he first saw Trayvon at 1440 Retreat View Circle. How did Trayvon get there? It doesn't seem like you can get there from the 7-11?

Wait, so George really did claim that Martin jumped him from the bushes? Ok, can we now agree that DD's version and George's versions do not square?

Yes.

About 9:50 in, GZ says TM yelled from the sidewalk to him.

ETA: written statement says 'emerged from the dark'

So somewhat inconsistent, but both claim that GZ didn't see him, and TM yelled out to him "what the **** is your problem"

George said the dispatcher asked him if he could drive to where he could see Trayvon after Trayvon rounded onto Twin Trees. That's not true, is it? In the NEN call, does George start driving again?

That's the 'cut-through' between buildings from the main road that is commonly used. There is no fence there.

It says "eyes and ears only". That means don't run after suspects.

It's become quite aparent that posters here that carry concealed weapons don't believe there is any responsibility on their part as a result of carrying that weapon. George went looking for trouble even after the dispatcher told him they didn't need him to do that. George approached Trayvon when he could have backed off to avoid a confrontation. George brought the very gun he was afraid Trayvon would grab into the situation.

Everyone is given a license to be stupid and suffer the consequences of their actions. But when you receive a license to carry a deadly weapon, they should take the stupid license away.

I told you if you avoided the question about where you came up with the idea GZ was attacked from behind it would become moot.

He doesn't claim he was attacked from behind.

That's not what DD said. She said he asked "why are you following me for?"

He also says that Trayvon went to the T, turned right, then came all the way back and circled George's car. This happened after he began his conversation with NEN. He never mentioned this on the call did he?

ETA: Then he says, that after Trayvon comes all the back and circles his car, while he's still on the phone and doesn't mention this at all...that he gets out of the car and heads to the place where Trayvon went...to look for a street sign?

George says the dispatcher asked him "If he's not there, do you still want a police officer, and I said yes". That never happened, did it?

“Oh you got me. You got me, you got it" said the dead boy. What a pile of bunk!

Have you filed for the JREF million dollar price yet? Supposedly Steve Jobs said "wow wow" just before he died. Could you call upon your psychic powers to tell us whether he really said that?

BTW, I don't think TM said anything once he was "dead", just so you know.

At the very end, one of the detectives says "any questions?" to the others and I hear "nope, I don't have any".

Really? No questions while you have him there?

Yes.

Trying to find the part about the bushes. But in the video walkthrough, there are no bushes. If he later claimed he jumped from the bushes, then this contradicts the video where he claims he called him from the T, by the dog bag dispenser, while he was just past it. This must me one of those "multiple versions" of the story.

ETA: Yeah, he says he jumped out form the bushes. This absolutely contradicts the video. There are no bushes and he clearly points to the T as the place where Trayvon appeared from. Oh, George, you can't change your story like this. Not everyone believes in Peter Pan.

So he's on the phone with the dispatcher, and Martin comes back and completely circles his car, but he never tells the dispatcher?

George says "it felt like he was hitting me with bricks" and he "repeatedly punched me in the face". Yet Trayvon's hands are unmarked. He also says that when Trayvon was straddling him, he couldn't see because "his vision was blurry", but he "felt Trayvon's arm near his gun" so he grabbed it and shot him.

This later morphed into Trayvon went for his gun. But Trayvon, according to George, never touched his gun. This explains why there's no DNA from Trayvon on the gun. Also, George moved the body after he shot him. That's why he was face down.

It's gray in the police reports as well.

Right - but it's pretty black in the 7-11 video. It might be described as dark grey by someone, but here it's described as not dark.

Weird.

Prolly just coincidence or lighting. I guess Martin's clothing photos would clear it up.

Thank you. So when George describes Trayvon as being "on the grass" in a suspicious way, Trayvon was only using a common cut-through, well known to someone in the neighborhood watch? And then Trayvon continued onto the sidewalk like everyone else who uses that path?

If so, doesn't that add some doubt to the idea that Trayvon was acting suspiciously by being up on the grass? Wouldn't George have been well aware of that cut-through? Especially a dog walker like George? I walk my dogs, and so I know all the streets in my neighborhood. If I were also the NW captain, I probably would know Twin Trees without cutting all the way through.
