Trayvon Martin, Vigilante Justice

That's a nice collection. But there is a block of photos missing after the can of juice on top of Trayvon's covered body. Since this is after the body has been covered, what else could they be excluding from the public?

How can you tell some are missing? The photos of the body taken while the ME did an in situ examination would be redacted at least. That set seems to be missing a close up of the covered body as well.

How many do you beleive are missing?

There are only 2 gaps between DSC_0037.jpg, DSC_0043.jpg and DSC_0060.jpg. 37 is the cell phone at marker "7", 43 is the juice on top of the tarp and 60 is the wide view of markers "5", "6" and "7".

Maybe the first gap are close ups of the covered body and the second gap are after the cover is removed but before the body is removed.

That sounds as reasonble as anything I can think of. They're gonna want to take photos of the uncovered body as it was found by the ME, you would guess they're at least going to do close-ups of the wound, clothing, etc... then they would probably flip the body to look for an exit wound and do a general examination of that side.

I guess it would make sense, uncoverr the body, do some photographs, document the juice can, do some more photography of the body, then after it is removed go back to the object markers.

Here is a vid at the 7/11 with a lot of speculation. It would help to explain TM's slow return though. The oddly dressed guys are strange.

If there is any relevance, I imagine the prosecution or defense would have looked up the identities of those guys and had a chat with them. Maybe they did. We're these video's part of the evidence package?

The odd couple:

Just speculation, but TM could have run into these guys at some point before he got there and asked them to buy him some rolling papers or cigars because he was under 18. Then he waits in the parking lot for them to come out, makes a quick exchange of cash for goods, then heads home. (The one guy bought something that required ID because he had to produce it and show his face.)

I would be surprised if he actually knew them, but we'll find out when his phone records are made public.

ETA: As long as I'm speculating, if he had some rolling papers and/or cigars, maybe he initially thought Z was a cop and that was the reason he ran, so he could dump the stuff.

It's from the video released as evidence.

That doesn't exactly answer my question, I should have been more explicit.

Was the entire video submitted as evidence that the subsequent customers just happened to be part of or had the police included just those parts because they thought it could be of interest.

Jeralyn puts all of the witness testimony together and presents her theory of what happened at the "T".

She also doesn't seem to think Z will have a chance at an immunity hearing because the judge won't want to be the one who let Zimmerman walk, so he'll "kick the can down the road" to a jury. IMO, that would force a jury to face the same problem the judge was afraid to face himself.

I don't know.

It looks for all the world like sunglasses buys TM some blunts with money from TM, but there's no way to raise that above speculation.

IF....IF that were the case, it would raise some interesting possibilitites as to how comfortable Trayvon was with his surroundings, if he would randomly ask some O'Towners to do him that favor...

It could raise a few things, but it doesn't.

Not unless there are some blunts in the bushes near the crime scene.

Are these sufficiently waterproof that he would risk leaving them out in the rain instead of wrapping them in the 7-11 bag?

This is some grand speculation we are taking part in.

There was what, one or two posts in the entire thread about the prescription drugs we have evidence Z was on at the time.

Compared to maybe one or two hundred posts in the thread about the supposed drugs of which we have no evidence M was on at the time. Blunts, weed, codeine, cough medicine, have I missed any?
