Orly Taitz Campaign Ad

OK...I got a minute and a half into it before I Had to turn it off....sheesh, what a blowhard...

Wow, just when I thought it couldn't get any weirder, BAM! Orly in knight's armor.

A shame you've all missed the earlier ones versions, they were even further far out. This is the 4th or 5th revision IIRC. Highlights of the earlier one included Tracy Fair (the narrator, aka KenanBornObamAcorn - she has issues) using a voice modifier to transform her voice into that of a male person

The result was... unusual... to say it politely.

Dr. Orly Taitz? Where did she get the Ph.D. degree?
Hebrew University in Israel apparently, she's a dentist. Later she got a law degree at Taft Law School. I'm sure they're proud of her.

Well have I ever. On her LinkedIn page she claims she's got a PhD in dentistry. Seems a bit unusual to me... Her law degree from Taft is only valid in California, in that it doesn't entitle her to do the bar exam in any other state.

IIRC she started her dentistry education in Moldova SSR, moved to Israel, conned the Hebrew University there into fast tracking her, and here we are. She originally became a lawyer to deal with lawsuits involving her dental practice, which I suppose says a lot.

And Orly doesn't need a law degree in other states, she just wings it and hope noone notices her lack of Pro Hac Vice. A few places did notice it, at which point she managed to talk her way out of trouble. The Indiana ballot hearing was a fine example of that, when her client there inadvertedly referred to her as his counsel - one of the commissioners asked if she was admitted to the bar in Indiana, at which point she quickly changed her tune, claiming she was there to act as a witness.

That, or she just acts pro se.

Edit: For what it's worth, there's definantly some odd about her passing the CA bar exam. She claims she passed on her first attempt, but statistics from the year shows no firsttimers from Tafts passing. That, and her woeful ignorance of anything resembling proper courtroom and document filing etiquette, yet she supposedly passed the hardest bar exam in the country...

So she's a lawyer in California? That should be handy when Twentieth Century Fox comes calling about her logo use.
You beat me to it :)

The line "She doesn't have an off switch...she's like an Energizer Bunny* on steroids" seems very true, at least about birtherism.

* I suspect Energizer Holdings might put her legal "expertise" to work as well.
