JFK Conspiracy Theories: It Never Ends

No, that's wrong -- here's why.

Willis #5 (not shown by you, but reproduced below) shows the knoll directly opposite Kennedy from Willis' position. The arrow in the photo points to JFK. The red circle in the image shows the area typically named as the location of the purported grassy knoll shooter. It is left of center of the image, and left of JFK.

It is forward of Willis, not to his right. He has already turned to face the knoll.

You write: "If he turns to face the knoll, then the TSBD is to his right."

Well, yes, but that's exactly what his testimony says. Your challenge was to establish the knoll was to his right, not the TSBD. You did after all claim that to be true. Now you are claiming that he is facing the knoll. So that puts the knoll in front of him, not to his right.

The knoll is in front of Willis in the photo you cite - It is directly in the view of view of the camera lens and clearly that's the way Willis was looking at the time of the shooting. You won't be able to establish the knoll was to Willis' right anytime during the shooting. And you ignore entirely my point from earlier, that if the prosecution wanted to get Willis' opinion about whether a shot or shots emanated from the knoll during the Clay Shaw trial, they merely had to ask him that question. The fact that they avoided asking it tells you (or it should tell you) all you need to know: They didn't ask because they didn't want the jury to hear what Willis would say, as it undermined their point.

Willis has turned to face the Limo which makes the center of the Knoll on his right. If he only turns to face the center of the Knoll, then the TSBD is on his right. It's an ambiguous but leading question designed to get the desired answer.

Your cited "expert" has no credentials in the field you are citing him in.
As I pointed out and you ignored, the man's field of expertise is entomology - the study of insects.
He might be an expert if JFK was stung to death by a swarm of bees, but in terms of the dictabelt study - no.

Expert vs non-expert equals no contest.

I win.

Hank

And the alleged "experts' of the HSCA, they were also bug experts????

Everything you can see in the image was in his viewfinder, Robert.
His camera faced forward and the purported knoll shooter would be ahead of Willis, not to his right. You are again defining the broad expanse of greenery as the knoll, and that is overly broad -- the shooter wasn't everywhere on the patch of grass. The position for the shooter favored by most Conspiracy Theorists is within the red circle. You've previously claimed the shot came from the right front of JFK, so I think you favor the area within the red circle as well.

If you've got another favorite position further to the right, let me know. But remember as you move him East, you also move this purported shooter behind JFK, not to the right front.

You ignored again the point about the prosecution not asking the question because they didn't want the jury to hear the answer. There's no reason for the prosecution to avoid asking the question if Willis was going to say 'knoll'. They didn't ask because they didn't want the jury to hear what he was going to say about the source of the shots - it was the TSBD, exactly as he told the Warren Commission.

You don't like the answer Willis gave in the trial?

Too bad. You want to argue with the witness, not with me.

Willis answer was the Depository was to his right.

There's no record of Willis claiming the shots came from the knoll in the first two decades after the assassination. Again, you favor the weakest evidence and avoid the better evidence (the earlier statements). You do this throughout this case. Without failing memories by witnesses, you would not have any argument whatsoever.

lol.

Are you serious?

JFK wasn't stung to death by a swarm of bees, so they didn't have to be, Robert.

I'm not sure of your point.

I don't think you're certain of what point you were trying to make, either.

According to the Willis interview on TMWKK, there was no "favored" position of the fatal shot -- only that it came from the Grassy Knoll. And don't confuse what others may have interpreted as the location of the Knoll shooter. In fact, there may have been more than one Knoll shooter, and in separate locations.

The point is, you are happy to point to the HSCA as experts on the subject matter you happen to agree with such as the validity of the B/Y photos, but you cherry pick other "experts" when the HSCA 'experts" have a conclusion contrary to your pre-conceived WC dogma.

Show me the "record' of his testimony in the closed, unrecorded W/C interview.

It feels like a prolonged 10 second boxing count where the aggressor just marches time waiting for the underdog to get back to his feet only to receive another gruelling pummelling because he's unjustly boxing above his weight.

Maybe the CIA, FBI, NSA, MIB, or DEVGRU finally got him? I'm surprised it's taken this long, what with all the government-shattering evidence of a massive conspiracy he's presented. ;)
