Strange Light in Cologne- Germany

We see a lot of blimps in the air in Central Florida.

There's a large white tethered blimp just before you get to Key West. It has no visible markings and I suspect it may monitor radio traffic in Cuba or some such. The first time I saw it, it looked for all the world like a hovering disk. Oddly I didn't think it was an alien craft and didn't take a photo of it.

Hmmmm. Aerostat mounted street lighting; solar panels coating the balloon and a directional LED array. That gives me an idea.

I believe you! I've seen the same thing and I'm thousands of miles away from Cologne! I nailed boards over all my windows and doors and suggest you do the same.
