There's also the fact that Canadian cops are far more tolerant of silly buggers than their US counterparts. I recall a thread on a US police forum where they were watching a video of a Canadian FoTLer arguing with a Canadian cop, and they were all amazed the cop didn't taser the guy.

[1] This is an application by Robert-Arthur: Menard for intervenor status in the extradition proceedings of Marc Scott Emery, Gregory Keith Williams and Michelle Rainey-Fenkarek.

[2] For the reasons stated below, the application is denied.

Robert Arthur Menard of North Vancouver has been prohibited by the Supreme Court from appearing as counsel, preparing documents for use in proceedings, and identifying himself in any way that suggests he is a lawyer. He was also ordered to pay costs.

His latest action clearly shows he has nothing to offer, I didn't ever believe his stupid pebbledashing story, it's so far fetched it couldn't possibly have been true.

'Debbie' was just a figment of his twisted imagination.
 
So I guess it will soon be time to leave this thread, Im pretty sure it wont have the input from Menard anymore.
The good thing is this thread is now a permanent reminder of his activities.
He will find it very difficult to peddle his wares on the web without this thread coming back to bite him time and time again.
He will probably just end up wandering round parks reeling off his spiel to non-interested tourists for spare change.

I have enjoyed my time here yanking his chain and doing my best to expose him and it's finally done, he has literally nowhere left to go.
The freeman movement is officially dead in the water (pardon the admiralty pun)
