Ed Rob Menard's FOTL Claims

No, it is not fraud.
Masonry work, like most things, is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
If you and the lady both agree your work is worth $10k per hour there is no fraud. Surely the bank will pay you the value of the consumer notes presented irrespective of the hourly rate won't they? If not why not?

Maybe if we both agree, but I do not and neither does she. And neither would any sane human being. Plus how would that look to the public? I am trying to demonstrate a responsible use of this process. You ask I jump in and act completely irresponsibly in order to prove to you. You ask I shoot a hole in my boat to prove my gun works.

You appear to be suggesting the bank can refuse payment if it believes the amount charged is excessive. If that is the case, please post up the evidence in your possession that supports that notion.

And yet you have no evidence that I am a conman, nor that I lied. But that will not stop you form believing it will it? Ignorance is easy for you isn't it?

Yes we do, its been posted here repeatedly, you are, regretfully, lying yet again

Sounds like fraud to me. My masonry work is not worth $10K an hour. To prove it you want me to commit fraud, and undermine my right to use it further in the future?

I think I see now why some of this stuff is so very difficult for so many of you to grasp. You cannot conceive of using it wisely or maturely, and imagine only abusing the process ($10k/hr?) thus YOU must be denied it. And since you are willing to abuse it, so must everyone else, and thus no one can be allowed to use it.

But there is remedy for you: Just don't use it yourself!

Use it don't abuse it?

I also have a plan coming together for proving it to restaurants and other providers, but getting them onside requires I put money in escrow to cover my bill if payment does not go through. I already have a couple of restaurants lined up, with the owners having done what you refuse to do (read the Bills of Exchange Act) do their own study, talk to their lawyers and confirm it is an actual method of payment. Also have a Doctor and a soon a Dentist who are willing to try it as well.

No lawyer would ever confirm that your method is an actual method of payment. Of course a bill of exchange is method of payment, but only if the bill of exchange has any value. A bill directing the government to pay for your purchases obviously has no value.

This is the difficulty that people have with the BOE act. The act defines what a bill of exchange is, it doesn't say anything about whether any particular bill of exchange is of any value. It just tells you if what you have is a bill of exchange.

It is useful if you have an IOU or some other document promising to pay money. You would want to know whether you can just take this down to the bank and get cash from his account (if you have a BOE), or whether you have to sue him and get a judgment against him (if you just have a contract or some type of IOU that isn't a bill of exchange).

The question of whether a BOE is of any value depends on a number of factors that are not dealt with by the act. It's a common misconception and it isn't obvious when you first read the act. This is almost always the problem when I see people talking about the BOE act.

There's over ten years of evidence of your lies and cons plastered all over the internet.
You've bombarded the internet with your drivel even though most of the forums you invade laugh you out of the room.

You even make videos of yourself telling lies and put them on YouTube.

You conned Lance Thatcher out of $800 in exchange for dodgy advice even though you know you are not allowed to give legal advice.
In addition to the $800 he had to pay time in a mental facility thanks to your advice.

You sell your worthless packages of nonsense for $250 on WFS.

You have an imaginary police force.

You present lies as fact and a tiny majority of gullible souls fall for them.

Your "research", aka "Copying other scams", has been proven time and time again over the decades in Court to be utter baloney.

If it weren't for the harm you cause people you'd be nothing more than someone to point and laugh at.
Your claims are laughed at, as are the lies you tell, because they are so incredibly daft and totally wrong.

This photo was taken on November 28, 2011. :boggled:

It was uploaded on November 28 2011. God knows when and where, (maybe even who), it was actually taken.
Looks like it was uploaded the same day as this, which he has been using on his YouTube channel for quite a while now.

So is this evidence of your lying Rob?

Interesting to see you still have that fake letter from McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors in your Flickr stream :boggled:

:jaw-dropp

ETA:
LOL! Looky here and read the comment he made about the photo

mywall

One part of a project I did a couple of years ago in West Vancouver.

So you are claiming that a photo you uploaded in November 2011, which you state was of work you did
2 to 3 years before, is proof of the work you are supposedly doing now?
...the work which you are using in your rather poorly thought out story about your pretend money scam? :jaw-dropp

To be fair, I think he is saying they are pictures of two different walls from two different projects, apparently both uploaded at the same time. The West Van wall is a completed project from a couple of years ago while the other one is ongoing.

He says of this photo, "Job I am on now"
The photo was uploaded in Nov 2011.
His "project" is a one month job.
It is now April 2012.

The only thing he's uploaded this year was in February and it wasn't a photograph.

It isn't unreasonable to suppose that he started the job last fall and is finishing it this spring.

The real issue here is that, if what he says is true, he is throwing a nice old lady into the fire by using her to try out his method for him. This is exploitation and elder abuse, IMO. If he had any honour, he would just use the method himself and not get anyone else in trouble.

Of course, we've come to expect that he always gets someone else to try out his schemes.

Srlsy?? That is a portfolio of work by a craftsman ?? Giddy up cowboy, and take your pebble dashing with you !!

Don't mock. It pays $10,000 in pretend money.
And "Debbie" is more than happy to accept the consequences of paying someone with pretend money.

Perhaps we need a term for that, a pathetic, inept conman

conmernard!

Actually, if you change the exclamation mark for a letter "i" you have a great clown-name too.

"Be amazed as The Great Conmenardi cons you while you laugh at his fairy tales. "

Top of the bill in Chucklesville.

Oh dear. I said "bill". :jaw-dropp
Do I sign that at the top or the bottom?

Kudos but we do need a better term than 'great', such as ?
