FDR was, in fact, a Nazi agent.
His tactic was provocation: to try to give the axis powers an excuse to attack before the US was ready for war. This plot became increasingly obvious to the NWO through his actions on lend-lease, direct support for Atlantic convoys and the blocking of vital industrial supplies to Japan. This would have upset their plan of sustaining a balance of power between the two emerging superpowers - the US and Soviet Union - and driving the fabulously expensive (i.e. highly profitable) standoff we called the Cold War. So a project was begun to replace the treacherous president with a nuclear-powered robot lookalike. This was the original task of the Manhattan project. The nuclear weapons program was a spinoff from the robot power systems work. The work was concealed from the president by the simple expedient of marking all related documents "Top Secret". Unfortunately the robot was not ready in time to avert Pearl Harbor, but in the wake of the disaster it was rushed into service even though the legs were incomplete. In the event, the axis plot failed as Doenitz had rashly overestimated his U-boats ability to blocade the US East coast. The real FDR was imprisoned in Azkaban, and remarkably is still there. At the Yalta conference, Churchill, as a NWO member, was advised not to spend more than 10 minutes in close proximity to the atomic president, but Stalin received no such warning. This exposure almost certainly led to Stalin's death a mere 8 years later.
All this will be revealed in a forthcoming Nicholas Cage movie. Which will really suck.
