Punishment for such an action is at the snake's discretion. Because of that just make sure you know which snake species you plan on teabagging

There is no such thing, at least not by the commonly accepted definition of outback.

Tasmania does have the opposite though, the South-West Wilderness. As remote from the mainland capitals as the outback, but much, much wetter and prettier.
