I bow out, until we meet again
Loose association and confirmation bias
I'm out too. I'll just wait until Kingfisher's astounding revelations turns the world on it's head. I'm not holding my breath.

These points are understandable, based on current scholarship. But I am presenting speculative evidence of potential anachronisms.pyramid texts 2400bce
hebrew alphabet 1000bce
so the Genesis seal is responsible for the myths existence
and this is encoded in a language which wasn't invented for another 1400 years
ok Kewl, time travel

MRC_Hans said:As for your historical impact:
What you need to show is NOT that Pythagoras or anybody else might have perused something like the seal and recognized their idea there. That might be, and is totally uninteresting.
Instead, what you need to make probable is that someone got their idea from it. So you need to show an instance where an idea seems to come out of the blue air, from a scholar who can be expected to have discovered your Genesis Seal.
Perhaps I might recommend another look at Figures 5 & 6 in my Post #361. Its not just a case of someone getting a new idea from the Gemesis Seal; it is equally interesting to ponder how the original author latched onto the concept we now call Pythagoras' Theorem.

It's not speculative when it goes against decades of modern linguistic empirical evidence and centuries of archaeological excavations
its just wrong
admit this, because you have to, the only way you can explain the impossible is :-
1. Aliens invented Hebrew, YHWH was an extra terrestrial God, they then destroyed any evidence of the presence of Hebrew before 1000bce, planted evidence that the script developed from Phonecian and blanked the minds of every scribe on earth before they left to make them forget all about it.
2. Time travellers from the future went back in time with the Genesis seal and carefully explained to the great civilisations of antiquity, how to read Hebrew, how to use the seal and then blanked everyones minds so that the language was forgotten for thousands of years until it developed naturally
3. magic from Atlantis
I can't make this any more obvious to you, what you have basically is a linguistic toy which you have invented, and you have to ignore all of history to accept the wild claims you are making for it, or
4, you are deluding yourself
which of the 4 is most likely ?

well i'd choose this option. Using the sacred MRC Secret Seal i have managed to locate the phrase "Man From Atlantis" which is uncannily similar to the one you have used. Obviously from this i've naturally deduced that Patrick Duffy wrote the Bible.

To support this serious line of research, I submit the total number of iterations of the MRC Seal. There are 64 iterations or permutations, so in the PDF, #0 is identical to #64.
There are some sinister allusions to war starting at #16 and reappearing nearly all the way to the end.
Good luck!

Actually, in the name of democracy, I have decided to submit the Secret Seal Tool to the public domain. Now everyone can have a Secret Seal.
You can insert any piece of text, letter by letter into the first matrix, and the program will create all following permutations, which you can then peruse for exciting messages.
If you want to up the ante, you can also enter various signs and up to two numerical digits in each field.
(You must have MS Excel or a program that can import and execute MS Excel worksheets to use it)
Have fun!
Hans
Those primitive tribesmen who wrote Genesis had Excel! Well knock me down with a feather, you learn something new every day.
VisiCalc, surely.

There is nothing you can do with Excel you can't do with a stick in sand. It is just less messy.

Because one, or even a handful of coincidences is understandable. But when they increas in number beyond a certain (indefinable) point they become statistically significant. What makes you think "the original author latched onto the concept we now call Pythagoras' Theorem," rather than it simply being a coincidence?
