Doesn't it really belong in communal trust to the Native Americans? How did he (Menard) get ownership of it?

Good news!

Since trespassing is a statutory offence and statutes are only optional rules, you're off the hook!
 
And the fact that for me to be prosecuted under the trespass act Rob would have to install signs that say "private land" to comply with the trespass act in order to get a successful conviction.

pity he doesn't think statutes are law, maybe he agrees with the trespass act when it benefits him. :D

Actually JB, after my last post I took a shower and the computer went to sleep and logged me out automatically. But you feel free to interpret my computer logging out as some sort of win for you.... keep embracing those assumptions pal.:rolleyes:

I would just counter with "I do not consent to your non-consent of my non-consent," and then he would say "I do not consent to your non-consent of my non-consent of your non-consent," and this would continue on forever or until someone got bored.

This is his usual MO he keeps posting until he makes a mess of it which normally is around three posts now, and then runs away and hides in a "happy place" sucking his thumb and then comes back hoping everyones forgotten.

What he has identified is the circular logic which is not of the Freeman, but is assigned to us by people such as yourself. We do not pick and choose which laws we will be bound by, we merely use the law that binds all to avoid the terms and regulations others try to impose under color of law.
