Just understand that should your utopia ever expand past the area defined by the deed to your property, it will have a lifespan measured in minutes.

And unless you are willing to assume the characteristics of a State, you, alone, by yourself, are not well armed enough or skilled enough to preserve your dream society.

There is no such thing as a civilized human, only a good one and a bad one. And I hardly think our soceity is any worse or better than any other soceity that has walked this Earth.
