My point is that if a wife for example falsely accuses her husband of having raped their 2-years-old child, then the man's reputation will go down the drain. Because it may take a long time before the truth about the matter is known. And then it doesn't matter that he is completely innocent. The lawsuit will cause harm even when as in this example it is a completely fraudulent claim.

In the US, no you cannot be sent to prison for filing a frivolousness lawsuit. You can be forced to pay the other side's costs. If you're a member of the Bar association you could be disciplined by the State Bar association.

You can be sent for to prison for perjury. This could be lying on the stand or lying in a document covered under the penalties and pains of perjury.

I think he'll be lucky to not end up paying the legal fees for the people he's trying to sue. Of course since the Dragon Family doesn't exist it will be kind of hard for them to ask for sanctions.

Or they could keep their hierarchy in order by being an organisation of wealth and influence, populated by members of a shared political belief, through the same mechanisms as any other religion, using the internal system of "laws" and codes of conduct, and procedures as other churches and organisations.

Of course, if you actually wanted to supply evidence for something, go right ahead. Now would be a good time to start.

No, not for such a long time such as for centuries! There would be some people who exposed the conspiracy. Mind control is used to ensure that something like that doesn't happen. Pretty hardcore.
