Dragon Family lawsuit against the United Nations

The must be a limit to what the lawyers would accept as claim without any proof. The Dragon Family lawsuit looks like something an attorney would think twice about before accepting.

Ah, your personal belief then is all that you have to go on.

Sure Anders keep your bar low, that way you can always jump over it.

Lets see, lawyers get a cut of the take in most suits, so what percentage of cases do you have to win to break even, 1/100, 1/10 ?

Of course. What I mean by in essence is that the lawsuit looked perfectly fine for the attorneys. The same excuse cannot be used for the Dragon Family lawsuit. You are mixing apples and oranges here.

And you are making unfounded assertion, ANYONE can start a suit in the U.S. FOR ANY REASON.

There are people who sue the other drivers in car accidents, even when they were at fault, there are people who sue their land lords for not preventing fires that they (the tenant started), there are people who sue authors for plagiarism on the slimmest of grounds.

Now where is the deal, the potential payout , standard cuts range from 10%-40% of the damages or awards in a suit.

A lawyer will take on a questionable suit just because the payout is high, not on the merits of the case. And you also have to remember that a lawyers job is to represent their client in court. Which is why lawyers defend clients they now broke the law and are guilty all the time.

Their client is stone cold guilty, but it is the lawyers job to defend the client, to get a better plea deal, to get it thrown out, to get the sentence reduced.

Same for suits, lawyers take the case because of the money.

If any of the points is valid, then the lawsuit may be flawed. So a definitely valid point is needed. Not some maybe, or "in most cases" or any of such uncertainty.

Um, you really don't get it. Here in the US there are no magistrates to determine the validity of a case. The only place the merits of evidence can be found are in the court Period.
Full Stop.
End of message.

What I haven't figured out yet, is where all those alleged Vatican assassins are. They can use mind control to control their army of assassins, not the collective kind of mind control used on the public but mind control of individuals. So it's possible that Vatican agents exist throughout the whole society in many different countries, positions and professions.

Sorry Anders that rates this...
:dl:

Let's speculate about some conspiracy theories. :D

On the New Year Alex Jones show a guest who have had contact with members of the ruling elite said that those powerful people have told him many things but NEVER anything about the Vatican.

So could it be that the Vatican is the real power behind the scene for most things in the Western world? Perhaps even the so-called Zionists with the Rothschilds etc are merely public fronts for the Vatican.

From page 51 in the lawsuit:

'DAL BOSCO informed Ganov that "everyone was also protected by the Italian Financial Police and the Italian Government itself." DAL BOSCO boasted about his position as Financial Advisor to the Vatican and Treasurer of the Masons and that "nothing could go wrong."'

The conclusion that can drawn from this particularly rational reasoning is that the lawsuit is in reality an attack on the Vatican.

"It was only the coming of the Bretton Woods Treaty that allowed the implementation of their plan by the formation of the Trilateral Trillenium Tripartite Gold Commission (TTTGC), an off shoot of the Bretton Woods Treaty. ... It was the TTTGC who abused these accounts and it was the Americans who started to steal substantial amounts of the wealth not long after it was secreted away by the Japanese. General McArthur and Gen Lansdale, together with St Romano (A Mexican Priest, CIA Operative and Ambassador to the Vatican), were the key elements of the American efforts on this." -- http://abundanthope.net/pages/Whist...PONSE-TO-C-STORY-S-SHORT-E-MAIL_printer.shtml

Oh, this gets richer and richer. Now we're going to double down with quotes from a non-entity on respected whacktard Alex Jones' shwo, plus the Trilateral Trillenium Tripartite Gold Commission a totally fictitious organization.

And there's better news, folks! (But wait, there's more!) The master conspiradroids over at RMN (Rumor Mill News - you've been warned, do not go there) are fighting with Keenan and Bulford over this. I doubt it's because they think he's a conspiracy nut, but because they think he's going to get all the money for himself, and they want it!!!

It doesn't get any better than this.

Ah! I found an audio that seems related to this: http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=225802

Will check it out.

Nasty. What happens if the plaintiff loses the case? Isn't there any penalty, such as a fine or something? And does this mean that people with a lot of money can destroy people with this tactic and get away with it just by paying money?

Yes it does and this goes on all the time. I had always thought that only people who live alone underground in a small cement room didn't know things like this.

Anyway, as if by magic, Yahoo News has given us some help.

Those lawsuits seem to at least be about actual events. What about just making stuff up? Can people with enough money get away with the most horrible lies? Something seems out of line here.

As a thought experiment, imagine a respectable man being sued by his wife who falsely accuses him of raping their children. Can the wife file such lawsuit and get away with it? It will take many months or even years before the lawsuit is settled, and meanwhile the man's reputation goes down the drain totally.

Advice from a U.S. Lawyer from his website:

"My Daughter Has Been Sexually Abused by Her Father!
Posted on July 25, 2011 by John Day
I just discovered that my ex-husband has been sexually abusing my 12-year old daughter. What do I do? I am scared and very angry.

Here are my thoughts:
Immediately report this matter to the police. If there is any physical evidence of the abuse that you can readily put your hands on take it with you.
Cooperate fully with the police. Your daughter will almost certainly need a medical examination. Cooperate with that effort.
Follow any reasonable instruction from the police department and the medical personnel.
If there is sufficient evidence the police will probably arrest your ex-husband immediately. You will then be safe to go home.
Talk to a lawyer about getting a court order keeping your ex-husband away from the house, you and the children of the event he makes bond and is able to get out of jail. If there is any visitation it should be supervised. You may also have to seek the help of the court where you were divorced, so you should contact the lawyer who represented you in the divorce and seek his or her help.
Get your daughter (and perhaps your other children) counseling. If you cannot afford private counseling the area rape trauma and sexual abuse center will give you a list of names of counselors who work for reduced rates. Some centers even provide some level of free counseling. You may need counseling yourself.
You may wish to talk to a lawyer about filing a civil lawsuit against your husband. Sexual abuse is not only a crime but can also result in civil liability. Your divorce lawyer may or may not be the right lawyer to help you with a civil lawsuit - it depends on what experience he or she has with this type of claim.

The thought experiment I gave was about the wife LYING about the husband raping for example their 2-year-old child. The man's reputation in society will get totally destroyed and it will take months or even years before the lawsuit is settled. Can a wife really file such lawsuit and get away with it?

From what I posted, she CAN get away with filing the lawsuit. Nothing is stopping her. The validity PROOF is up to the legal system.

Holy smoke! That's really scary. Some people love to hurt other people for example (sadists) and the legal system may be severely misused. Other people want to get rid of their competition and can do nasty things for that reason if they are sociopaths or psychopaths. At the same time people must be allowed to file lawsuits, because what if some outrageous claim turns out true after all. Nasty situation. Very nasty.

I think Anders fails to understand that the idea of a legal system in a democracy is that all citizens can access it. The problem of course is that all citizens can access it.

In his unsophisticated view of the world he misses the point that you can file a lawsuit for pretty much anything. It's up to the judge and jury to determine the facts in evidence.

You seem to have missed this part that I wrote: "At the same time people must be allowed to file lawsuits, because what if some outrageous claim turns out true after all."

I'll try to avoid big words here. You seem to think that that because a lawsuit is filed that the facts claimed have validity. Above I corrected your error. Do to try learn something.
