Dragon Family lawsuit against the United Nations

That's not my job.

So, you didn't post the opening statement of the thread because you actually wanted to discuss the subject then? Let's see, you made this statement:
Still, there has to be some possible validity to the claim in a lawsuit? If I sue the Pope for one trillion dollars, would that really be doable in practice?

So what is stopping you showing there is some validity? You have the PDF right there, you posted it here, and at no point suggested you didn't believe it, and have argued it must be valide despite nobody else seeing anything that resembles evidence in there.

If you don't want to discuss fair enough, my mistake for assuming that was the point of posting here.

I'm content with finding out that the lawsuit seems valid enough.

If you want to convince anyone else of its validity, that -is- your job.

By claiming it's not your job, what you're basically admitting to is that you don't want to convince anyone else of its validity. Which of course is an path you can take, but since you don't want to convince anyone else that it's got proper legal merits, that makes posting about it in the first place less than useful.

Let's see... a random US citizen is contacted by some guy overseas who says he has family connections and requests the American's services as a financial intermediary. The American provides the services and his correspondent "expresses his appreciation" but gives him fantastic excuses for not sending a payoff. And now the American is filing the excuses "on information and belief" as a lawsuit

Do people not see what happened here?

There is no such thing as "Federal Reserve Bonds" with 4% coupons. Keenan was either scammed by the two Japanese men that he met or he is a willing participant in the scam. Considering the two Japanese men were stopped at the Italian border with another set of "Federal Reserve Bonds", it is probable that Keenan has been scammed, except he is still unaware of who was the actual scammer.

Fulford has mentioned that both his parents have a Jewish background, so it's hardly any antisemitic rant, if that's what you tried to imply.

That proves it all. I'm convinced. Where do the reptiles and UFOs come in?

I recall somewhere you said you had actually been to school. Is this what they taught you?

Conspiracy theorists so desperately look for anything to validate their claims that they believe because someone filed a law suit, there must be some evidence for their claims. Even though I could file a law suit claiming absolutely anything against absolutely anyone and make up claims all day long.

So what we have here is another crazy law suit in a mountain of thousands of crazy law suits that get no where, but the CT crowd thinks the fact someone spent the time to file one lends credence to the claims being real.

As long as you pay the filing fee..which is usually not more than a few hundred bucks...you can file a lawsuit against the pope claiming he stole your purple unicorn riding on a rainbow.

Did you read the comments? There appear to be people sincerely arguing that they must be real bonds. But then are people who come here and appear to sincerely believe that talking about how nuclear power has been faked is serious speculation.

No, I posted that thread before I listened to the Fulford interview about the lawsuit. The question about the U.S. as a corporation was after watching some videos where that claim was made.

Wow, videos. That's always a good way to find out about the world. Is that where you learned that if someone launches a law suit, it must be because it's true?

From page 37 and 38 in the lawsuit: "Upon information and belief, the assertions that Case 1:11-cv-08500-JFK Document 1 Filed 11/23/11 the FRNs seized at Chiasso are not genuine are inaccurate as will be determined through the verification process through the Federal Reserve System's black screen process."

The Chiasso incident referers to when two Japanese men were caught by the Italian police when trying to smuggle bonds.

The Fed claimed that the bonds were fake and this is what the lawsuit says about that (page 37):

"... approximately two days after the seizure, the United States Treasury claimed that the Federal Reserve Notes, which had been seized at Chiasso, were counterfeit based solely upon its viewing of pictures of the Notes over the Internet. Further, while confirmation of the DF Chiasso Instruments was still pending, on June 25, 2009, the New York Times reported on the story and included the statements of a United States Secret Service spokesman to the effect that the Secret Service had performed an inspection, as required by the Italian Judiciary, and found that the Instruments were fictitious and had never been issued by the Federal Reserve or the United States Treasury."

Let's speculate about some conspiracy theories. :D

On the New Year Alex Jones show a guest who have had contact with members of the ruling elite said that those powerful people have told him many things but NEVER anything about the Vatican.

So could it be that the Vatican is the real power behind the scene for most things in the Western world? Perhaps even the so-called Zionists with the Rothschilds etc are merely public fronts for the Vatican.

From page 51 in the lawsuit:

'DAL BOSCO informed Ganov that "everyone was also protected by the Italian Financial Police and the Italian Government itself." DAL BOSCO boasted about his position as Financial Advisor to the Vatican and Treasurer of the Masons and that "nothing could go wrong."'

The conclusion that can drawn from this particularly rational reasoning is that the lawsuit is in reality an attack on the Vatican.
