My response to the three card reading:
So far, I have to say, I see nothing that doesn't look like every other kind of fortune telling "tool" I've ever seen. If you look at any tarot, runes, or other methods you see a pattern in every card, layout, and in the way that fortunes are told.
It starts out with random and vaguely flattering charisteristics that have no concrete meaning, and that most people would be hard pressed to define any concrete behavior or action as typical or exemplifying of that characteristic. For example, how would you describe inner grace? What are strong feminine qualities? Are strong feminine qualities "pronounced" feminine qualities? Or are they the qualities of a strong female? Given that this makes a pretty broad interpretation spectrum, and that there are probably very few people on the planet that would disagree if someone told them that they had something like "inner grace", this could be used to describe anyone, really. Just in case the words have nothing to do with your personality, the tool says "this could be your subconscious attribute", so the gullible can be guiled into thinking this magic tool knows more about them than they do themselves.
Then the fortune goes on to describe your "conflicting energy", which people that have a problem take to mean "you have a problem" and people that don't have a problem take to mean "watch out! This might cause a problem." These are always very vague, undefined "energies", so that anything that is happening in your life probably matches one.
In this fortune, you tell me that my "conflict" is the "marrying maiden" and that my life has gotten me into a "compromising position". I really don't understand what you mean. Are you trying to say I've been "fooling around" (compromising position) and now I need to pay the price? ie, get married? Or are you saying I need to do some sort of compromising? Are you saying that now is the time to unite two things/people/ideas/projects/whatever? Can you see how all of those are so absolutely vague that they could be advice for just about anyone at any time?
A good fortune always makes sure to include some sage advice about starting things, holding off on things, perservering through things, staying the course, straying off the course, and ending things, as well as advising that there is great danger, but you are not alone, because pretty much every single moment of your life can be described by those tidbits, except for the great danger part, but everybody likes that part because it's exciting and makes them feel brave.
And what do you know.. this fortune says beginnings are hard, perserverance is good, nothing should be undertaken, and there is great danger, don't go it alone.
