My anecdotal claims

So what is your first position?

There are objects in the sky I have seen that I personally cannot identify?

You said UFOs are real. How is this to be interpreted?
If you are saying that there are objects flying in the sky that you cannot identify from the ground with an unaided eye, then what is the problem? Theres all kinds of things I see in the sky I do not understand.

I've seen UFOs do some crazy ****. I've seen different kinds of UFOs do different kinds of things. I've listened to skeptics and concluded that there are no mundane "debunker" explanations that do justice to my various observations and experiences.

That doesn't mean that I just default to the "ET hypothesis" however as so many people seem to do. There is a middle-ground between mundane debunker explanations and Hollywood ET explanations. Are you familiar with the works of Jacques Vallee?

No I'm not. First the mountain opened, and a nature spirit or an angel or something pulled me into the mountainside. There in the unbelievable blackness was God. He was made of light.

The thing about becoming God is it's hard to let go of your identity. I could have remained as God but I just wasn't ready to let go of my tiny little life. I had to pay for that decision with pain. The moment I decided to become me again I had to painfully fight my way back into the finger that use to be me. It was quite traumatic. Eventually, when the Goddess helped me leave the mountain, I fell off a ledge and rolled through some cactus. My ankle still hasn't fully recovered and I think I still have some cactus barbs somewhere on my body.

See? If you had turned into God, you could have easily taken care of those cactus barbs by making them disappear.

By the time I was back in my body and feeling like a pin-cushion I was in a liminal state. I could do nothing except pay the price for my fall from Unity. I did so. Being in a body has its limitations and drawbacks that come with the territory.

What is unidentified, what is crazy, and what is mundane are all based upon your observations and your knowledge. If I looked into a powerful telescope and obeserved a star that was constantly blinking many times per minute, I could easily conclude that this was some form of a signal placed by someone trying to get our attention. If I turned around and told the astronomer that I have found an unidentified beacon in the far reaches of space, he would look into it and tell me what im seeing is a pulsar, an incredibly dense, magnetic and fast rotating star that generates a long beam of radiation. What is amazing and unexplainable to me can be common form for someone else, especially experts in the field.

When I was around 12 years old, I was in scouts and we went camping in the mountains for a week. We were at a high altitude, and the sky was perfectly clear. What I saw truly amazed me. There isnt just a few stars we can see with the naked eye, If you get to a good enough spot away from the city and go high enough, you can see that our unaided observation of the sky yields MILLIONS of stars that almost cover the whole sky, not only this but there is so many satellites and orbiting objects that the sky appears to be moving and blinking all the time. It was the most amazing view of space I have ever seen. I couldnt count how many moving and blinking satellites I saw. I had no idea who put them up there, and what they were for, but that does not mean they are not of human origin.

I dont know who jacque is.

Cool story, bro.

Then you have a lot to learn my friend. Vallee is a must-know for anyone interested in the UFO phenomenon. Here is your reading assignment, if I may presume to have the authority to assign you one.

Wonders in the Sky: Unexplained Aerial Objects from Antiquity to Modern Times

Of course this raises a fairly obvious question. Care to enlighten?

In my experience the best way to understand them is not in terms of biological visitors from another planet in nuts n' bolts spaceships, but in Jungian terms of archetypes and in Vallee terms of extra-dimensional beings.

They are living myths, as are the gods themselves. But in order to understand what that actually means, one needs a background in Jungian psychology, comparative mythology, and parapsychology. The day-to-day-man-on-the-street understanding of what 'myth' is isn't good enough.

Here is another good book to shed light on all this.

Flying Saucers : A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Skies

Cool story, bro.

You say UFO's are real based on you saw something you didnt understand yourself over 20 years ago. I offered alternative explanation, you dismiss it and go on continue seeing a face in the smoke.
Cool.

You know, this is what I don't get. I have yet to hear a single bit of actionable/useful information from anybody who claims to have any sort of contact or insight into any of the dimensions or realities beyond our mundane, day to day reality. Ghosts, aliens, interdimensional beings, psychics, angels, gods, dolphins and so on - none of them, apparently have ANY interesting or useful information to pass on. I am perfectly aware that our perspective is necessarily very narrow - who knows, for example, what we would see if we could see all wave lengths of light and so on - but apparently there is no significant information to be had out there on the other side, at least as it pertains to any aspect of our actual existence. Tell me something useful, significant, worth acting on. Otherwise it's just all more BS.

Sir, I've listened to skeptics offer the same alternative explanations for twenty years. You haven't said anything that I haven't already heard, weighed, and dismissed.

Just because a skeptic offers an alternative, doesn't mean it is right. Just because a skeptic can imagine plausible scenarios, doesn't mean they are applicable.

I can tell you that if you don't take actions to awaken your psychic ability, you are probably not going to be liberated from your karma. Which means you will have to live another lifetime. And another. And another. Til you learn.

To put it another way, if you don't open your spirit you aren't going to attract the attention of a psychopomp who can lead you to a fitting realm in the afterlife. As a result, when you die your ego-self will be torn apart by your own inner demons and dragged to your own inner hell. Then you will have to live another life. And another. Til you learn.

I could point you in the right direction so that you could open up your own psi, but that means you would have to read books that I recommend. There is just no way around learning.

the best quote i have seen that fits this comes from youtube, funnily enough.
"Aliens from outer space and jesus always reveal themselves to the same sort of folk." ~ scotttebben

I post this because we have both (sort off) in the same claim. hooray.

I'll bite even though i feel this is a joke, I'll start with the easy stuff. because you cannot explain what happened as it is past my "lower" form comprehension. (conveniently) I'll start with...

what camp site when, who, what, where, what brand of underwear, how many unidentified trees did you smoke if any... yadda yadda

then when we have that then we can say "well you may have been camping once". but unfortunatly nothing else. what is your goal? this is what strikes me as odd. I'm only new so I dont know the practicle jokers from the honest believers.

do you want us to believe or give some serious thought to what you are saying?.

if you are serious. there isnt even enough info presented to even consider this as a possibility. the previous claims made by other people about the "forces" that made your events possible have failed to even show a glimmer of existence in the past.

for me I am skeptical about the claim that you are honest about your claim.

I need more info because this looks alot like trolling or a joke to me.

I heard Jim Bakker say one day on the electric tv box "I was talking to god earlier today, and he told me....."
Something about how the dogs at the third condo he had needed a cooler place to rest, so please send your Social Security check directly to Jim.

My anecdote: I once did a loud Chewbacca impression at the Queen as she drove past. She looked confused.

Even when I make arguments based on scholarship and evidence (as opposed to personal experience) it looks like trolling or joking to many of my fellow JREFers. So what else is new?

Limbo, have you taken actions to reawaken your psychic abilities? If so, what? And has it worked?

Can you show us that you have some sort of psychic abilities?
