The recall effort against the sick excuse for a governor in Wisconsin has begun, and so has the violence against the recall movement. There has been one felony committed by an apparent Walker supporter who tore up a recall petition at a signiture gathering point.

The slimeball could face three years in jail if charged and convicted.

There are, of course, other republicons conspiring to commit the same felony, though, supposedly, without the violence. Republicons are using social networking sites to organize an effort to pose as recall supporters to gather signitures and then destroy the petitions.

Guess what, fools, it is still a felony.

I think the FBI needs to get in there and arrest anyone who can be identified on the internet. It became a federal crime when they put it on the web. You are not alllowed to conspire to commit felonies on the internet or any media subject to regulation by the federal government.

So far, Il Duce has not publicly condemned or called for the arrests of these drongos, so I guess that is just one more reason to remove him as far as possible from any position of authority.

And people wonder why I hold such a low opinion of those sleazoids!

MERRILL(WAOW)-- Emotions ran high as ralliers took to the Lincoln County Courthouse, calling for the recall of Democratic State Senator Jim Holperin, one of the 14 senators who fled the state more than three weeks ago.

Organizers say the rally was originally scheduled at Club 64 in Merrill, but they had to change locations after business owners say they received more than 50 phone calls threatening to destroy their business and cause physical harm if the rally took place.

Hard to feel any outrage about a fascist sleazoid like Walker being made uncomfortable when republicons are not calling for the prosecutuion of that teatard Kostric who showed up with a sign suggesting that it was time to "water the Tree of Liberty" outside an Obama event.

Il Duce and the teatards are reaping what they sowed. I suggest they go to Grover and the Koch roaches and demand the return of their souls and their nads and start governing in the interests of biological, rather than fictional persons.

Holperin supporters say while a few people may have taken things too far, that wasn't their reason for showing up.

Paty attention. The republicons are not calling the actions of their felons a crime.

Apparently, Il Duce's people are telling people that it is a crime to sign more thsan one recall petition so that people will fear that they will be charged with a crime if they find out that the signiture-gatherer who approached them was just shredding the petitions once they were filled out.

Their elected officials are not even as moral as Democratic felons.

The issue is that the people of Wisconsin did not give Il Duce a mandate to do the crap he has done and they want him gone and his supporters are trying to jigger reality to make it look like he did have that mandate, and they do not care whether what they are doing is illegal.

Big difference is that there is no sign of any organized criminal activity from the Democratic side in this campign. They did not even try to protect the one person who defaced an anti Holpern petition. Il Duce's people are even giving material aid to the conspiracy by disinforming the public about signing more than once. Sounds to me like aiding and abetting a felony.

Also, you have twice mentioned signing more than once. Amazingly, it is legal to sign more than one petition. It is up to the GAB to catch those multiple signatures.
The sheer volume of paper involved, I'm guessing at least 25000 petitions, will make that an extremely difficult task.
