Apparently John Boehner is saying that Grover Norquist is "some random person". By extension, the speaker of the house goes around signing pledges from random people. This is the leadership of the Tea Republican party. They must be so proud.

Who is Grover Norquist? Sounds like some random person to me. Why should we be concerned about this?

His anti tax pledge has been signed by 95% of GOP house members. He ain't some random person.

OK, so he's not some random person. Why should we be concerned about this?
Because the worthless drongos who signed his pledge are more worried about who Grover funds in the next election than they are about what is good for America.

What Grover wants is flat-out bad for America. I hope that someone comes up with some nice bit of evidence that shows him criminally complicit with Abramoff and puts him away where he belongs.

America would be better off with the little twit in jail.

Seriously? What's his crime? Having an opinion different than yours?

I found it interesting that the speaker of the house, a leading Republican, referred to a leader of the anti-tax movement as a "random person".

You, of course, are welcome to feel any way you wish :)

Serves him right for being named 'Grover'.
That name belongs to Sesame Street, and nowhere else.
;)

Let's just call it a "Dick Cheney Moment", where Republicans shoot other Republicans in the face. There's a lot of that going on right now.

:D The idiocy is Norquist, and he didn't just happen a couple weeks ago.
So we should be concerned that Boehner called the "idiot" "some random person"?

I'm just not following. Most people wouldn't know who Norquist is, by a far margin, I'm guessing.

Who is "we"? How do you know what "most" people know? Define "far margin" while you're at it. I'm just not following.

See, it's not all that clever Mortimer.
