I would like to thank UFO proponents whom participated in this thread for presenting excelent case studies on UFOlogy's flaws.

Hate to burst your bubble here but 'alien abductions' (along with animal mutilations & crop circles) are the kind of fringe woo that poisons the ufological well. The notion that unearthly entities need to snatch, probe, and impregnate us ad infinitum while rejecting more plausible down-to-Earth explanations for what is described is delusional.
Ever wonder why an advanced being would need to do this kind of thing ad nauseum? Where's the superior genetic knowledge such an advanced species should have if they need to slice & dice cows repeatedly? Regarding humans, why do they need to keep doing the same probing? Lousy note-taking? Regarding impregnation, why not just clone a Ms Sixpack or two and make all the hybrids they want without constantly needing to invade bedrooms? I could go on but the rationale for 'alien abductions' wouldn't get any better.
If the above doesn't peg your baloney-detector then ask yourself why we have never had a decent video of an 'alien abduction.' Not one. With all those supposed "repeat-abductees" out there (think Whitley Streiber) we should have had something. Hell, if I was snatched all the time I'd have my house rigged with more surveillance equipment than a bank. Yet no videos or credible collaborating evidence from those nearby that are unaffected by these alleged slumber-snatches. None, zilch, nada.

The whole point is that there is no down to earth explanation.
Come on black helicopters that do the cattle mutilations, is that what they would use?
That would indicate some kind of government involvement for whatever reasons.

None of this makes sense unless you look at it as spiritual deception, either by men or angels or both.

If you look at it in black and white, spiritual, then it could be considered torture.
Any entity that does any of those things you describe usually fit into a category of an ugly being, hideous, mischievous as described by those abducted.

But the ones that are beautiful beings do none of the above-mentioned things you describe, but they do bring good news of sorts.
So you can look at them and say these are angels and demons, malevolent and benevolent.
For instance a red glowing orb flew through my window and destroyed my TV.
True story, but the ones I have photos of from church are bluish.
If you believe this way the mystery ends...
But if you are a skeptic it never ends, because billions of people through out history are wrong and you are right simply because you have never seen anything yet, that could be or is your deception.
Look at all the people who fall for the alien explanation, some will join a cult and what that entails, plus they drop their religious convictions that equals deception.
That deception makes them believe they can be saved by another being besides Christ or Buddha or whom ever.
As far as an ET we won’t know that for centuries, but if you start to consider the religious viewpoint then it starts to make sense now if you believe it or even consider it.

As with that link I posted, they suggested that there may be beings out there that never fell from grace and since they have a direct contact with God can’t come here and revel themselves to us on any kind of regular basis in the physical sense and who are themselves as physical as we are then there are those both good and bad beings who also can manifest themselves here from another plain of existence.

They described the event as follows;
Her words:
“ I was totally awake and aware of my surroundings but a black figure kept coming toward me telling me he was going to get me. Sooner or later he was going to get me. I kept screaming for my roommate but could not move. As he got closer to me, just about to tear at my clothing, my roommate appeared and I was instantly back in the realm of reality. My eyes were open the whole time but I could not move. It was not a dream. I know what a dream is and this was no dream. I was in a different realm but still aware. It was an evil entity that entered into my reality or I had and OBE. It was very real. This was not the first time it has happened. It has happened before several times. It is always the same faceless black figure. It seems the closer I get to Christ the worse it gets.”


I asked her why do you think that?

She said,
“It is because I fell from grace and need to repent and stay on the right path. There are two ways to live in this world. You can live the right way or you can live the wrong way. I feel that I did wrong and opened the door to evil.”

I have never seen fear like that, except from people I have seen recalling their abduction story.

As you appear to have heard of sleep paralysis I trust you assured her that her fears were groundless, and directed her to the extensive literature on the subject. At the very least the variety of people of all faiths and none who experience it should convince her that it has nothing whatsoever to do with her religious beliefs.

Yes, sleep paralysis is almost certainly the principle cause of abduction stories.

What is going on here? The post was the usual Edge nonsense but it is spelled correctly and made grammatical sense. I have never seen Edge use 'whom ever'. Who was behind the keyboard?

You know, I dreamt about being abducted by two hot Pleiadean women and having lots of sex with them after being rubbed with some oil. Woke up and found a long strand of blonde hair around my... Uh... Well, down there.

Yeah, it makes as much sense as most things presented at this thread by self-proclaimed UFOlogists and alleged UFO (of the "alien" type) witnesses...

This thread keeps getting presenting weirder and weirder claims. To the point it seems my fears about more woos sharing David Mabus's conditions are being confirmed...
