Merged Psychological conditions are illusory

I wonder if I could get rich by touting a cure for badmuss?

Of course there's a possibility. First befriend someone with clout who can get you some brain studies, and then say that you got evidence for a cure. Even if its cutting the offending brain part out, its a start.

dude, it's not working. As an example of a "human emotion or experience" commoditized as a medical condition, you chose a fairly serious disorder that is anything but imaginary. You made yourself look like a total fool.

You can turn any experience into a medical condition.
You can even turn a whole person into a medical condition, for a laugh.
And if you can, it'll make money in the way I described. That's a power of medicine.

should we just put a lid on this thread and chalk it up to experience?

So, why do you think are justified in demeaning the work of other people on the basis of malicious redefinition of language?

Please. Do not be upset. You have read something. That you aren't talking about. Come clean. Don't bottle it up. A problem shared is a problem after all. Let's not share this pain alone.

Give it a bit more time. I'm waiting for a comment on the original post. I think there was one somewhere, but all of it was whining and complaints and threats. So let's give it another go. Whatdyusay!

Throwing excrement at people is not considered to be the same as giving them gifts.

Ah. So you read my post after all. Hmm. That's interesting. Sorry, but I'm just interested, er I know it's a touchy subject, I don't want to stir it up or anything, I'm only asking, but well oh it doesn;t matter.

You agree with the idea that autism could be a mispelling? Are you sure you want to say that? It could get some people mighty riled here, and they could get you banned. For your own safety, I would retract it.

In an attempt to give you the benefit of the doubt, I took "misspelling" to be metaphorical, a tongue-in-cheek jab at the (real or perceived) problem of over-diagnosing certain disorders in order to classify and treat them. If you're using the word literally, then obviously I'm going to disagree with you.

To repeat:
I look forward to the execution of the steps, to test whether the hypothesis is valid.

When can we expect the test to take place?

Your response asked me to look for outcomes that match the claim, not how it got to that point. The test should follow the steps to see what the outcome is, and whether it matches the claim in the hypothesis.

Oh. That's alright then. I'll feign acceptance of your fake sincerity.

I'm not inclined to give you much respect of course, you must know that from what you have written.
But your response showed some thought at least. And no, I wasn't talking about over, inaccurate, or mis diagnosis. I was talking about tautologous empty diagnosis.

What are you talking about here?

And if you want to know the steps to make money, some evidence of your sincerity would be good, as from here, as we both agree I am sure, it looks like you are playing a game of cat and mouse. I don't know why. It;s like I've pressed the vicious button here or something. You'll only die with bad beliefs you know if you don't dump them.
Or maybe I haven'y been understood either.

Loss of short-term memory must make it hard to get on in the world. You should have said something earlier. I now understand why you're punctuation is so erratic.

Here's what you said earlier:

First of all, see if there's any businesses carrying on in the same way.
To do that, tell a range of people that you are suffering from sadness, and if there is a condition associated with it that can be fixed for a price.

It's called depression and though it is treatable, it affects millions of people to varying degrees. It is very real.

Dyslexia is not the topic, it's an example of a misspelling of "reading difficulty".

Or you can mispell "reserved" as a-u-t-i-s-m.

Or you can mispell "poor attendance" as A-D-H-D.

They are all misspellings.

Congratulations. In the years I've been on this forum, I've read material by Holocaust deniers, 9/11 conspiracy theorists, bigots of every type. And yet, I believe this is the single most offensive post I've ever read.

Did you know "Jonesboy" can be misspelled "douchebag"?

I wonder what you were diagnosed with that seems to have scarred you so badly?
