As evidenced in the opinion polls.
Australians voted for a hung parliament with a minority government. They don't appear to understand what that means. The Liberals could have easily been the government instead, except that between Abbott and Joyce, they had ensured the independents that would have more naturally gone with conservative Party actually opted for Labor instead. Once again, people forget that. Since then, Abbott has done his best to make sure they hate him, not just dislike him. So don't forget, Abbott has already made a major screw up by losing those negotiations, which were his to win.
All Abbott had to do was be reasonable, and show them respect. Those abilities don't exist in him.
Not if Wilkie (or something else) withdraws support.
The important legislation will be passed first. He could be bluffing, and he would never do a deal with the Liberals. They support Poker Machines, and are opposing his legislation.
Name five "important" pieces. Important in terms of core-type promises that Gillard gave at the last election.
The old Bolt mantra. Pick any number out of your ***** and demand that response. It's a boring trick by now. Move on, Alfie, the days of Bolt are over now. Look at his recent column. The sensitive, emotional Bolt is being put on display. He cares about bullying, and people's feelings. He has felt alone and isolated himself once. It makes me so sad.
151 Bills have been passed, 0 Bills have been blocked.
Here are some
The NBN bills.
Carbon Farming bill.
Plain Packaging for cigarettes.
National MyHospital website, to allow people to see for themselves how their hospitals are performing.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme has been announced with full bi-partisan support. It has not been passed yet, but it will be.
LOL again.
Do you know when this will be implemented? Do you recall hearing when they would do this and under what circumstances?
It's part of the carbon tax package, so it is going to be happening very soon. The conference just announced raising it further.
And it was the only thing that actually came out of the tax forum (that cost $1m btw), that was a mindless duplication of previous efforts (eg. Henry review), that was not allowed to discuss certain tax issues.
And this initiative will happen when?
This is another example of waste and stupid, and you think it wonderful.
Truly amazing.
Rudd is rubbing his hands together everytime she opens her mouth. She is almost gun shy now.
You rant like Abbott. It's got boring long ago.
