You only gave us ten minutes before you complained about no-one being all over him! Ten minutes! Even the Supertanker needs to be refueled sometimes, there can't be a peon on patrol every moment of the day! :p

Cosmic DP, that's a downright crappy picture of Amanda! You can certainly do better than that if you're trying to say you think she's pretty and you'd watch her on TV! It just so happens I recently came across a site with boatloads of pictures and can post a better one for you! :p

Well, there must be a lot of killers out there, because there are tons of people of Germanic heritage, with deep-set pale blue eyes, which react to light by having the pupils un-dilate. Yup, those are killer eyes. :D:mad: and see how they get all girly and soft when the pupils dilate, as in the pic above????

What exactly is your non-existent point?

No one is arguing that this would get the ratings of CA or OJ, but is it too much to expect a live feed of the presser available at least on the internet or some cable network?

You can watch NCAA basketball pressers and overseas Women's World Cup pressers live that probably have barely 0.1 ratings if that. CNN has gone live to Perugia 10-15 times already and they have three reporters that report basically the same thing every time. Is the added cost that exorbitant to show the presser w/translator?
 
Is this correct that Amanda Knox shares the same birthday as OJ Simpson (9th July)and that Simpson was found not guilty on this date in 1995?

I think it may be time for 'The Machine' to be turned off.

There is no more use for him/her/it. The vile proclamations of guilt carry no substance and have begun to be recognised as such. The equipment is out of date and useless - good riddance to 'The Machine' I hope.

On a totally unrelated note, I hear that John Kercher will not be in attendance for the verdict in Perugia. I believe that he finally realises that there will be an acquittal. I get the distinct impression that the truth is about to win and Amanda / Raffaele will be declared 'NOT GUILTY' in approx. 6 hours time.

I am nervous. You are nervous. We are all nervous.

Spare a thought for Amanda / Raffaele and their families - how nervous must they be?

May Meredith's family find peace and closure over time and may they realise the truth about the despicable Rudy Guede and recognise the lies told to them by the selfish Maresca and the malignant Mignini.
 
Turning up to court and saying that retrosectively the opening judges address meant the judges were unfairly against us and we'll need to get this court annulled.......when you turn up to wonder about what the judges will decide shows you that

1) the prosecution are dumb enough to say something like that in front of the people they are waiting for a result from

2) they're doomed, totally

3) It's time for bed. This isn't even worth staying up for. It's funny. You can get so excited about it. You can doubt it seriously at varying times through the day from reading different comments and posts. Peoples lives are on the line. This isn't another football game.It's got an edge based in it's total unfairness. But I always did have an inherent belief that if the Perugian prosecutors were put into the spotlight, unlike Massei's very, very personal courtroom, and had to turn up to court for once to struggle though what looked like an honest and BELIEVABLE days work.......they just couldn't cope.

Another bad day for them today, right from the word go. Those two right shoes on their feet never seem to get them where they wanted to go...

What a surprise.

provided by any of the media that are there and paid for by advertising on the web page.

the network would be able to promote their actual tv coverage as well

and it's not just Seattle and the US

ETA - I don't understand why you are arguing that it is not a story of great interest at the moment. They have live web feeds from all around the world, it's not that expensive at all.

Both are correct.
The OJ verdict was returned at 10 AM Pacific time so even that will be close. :D

i never said there wasnt interest in the verdict. im saying theres no great interest from people to watch uninterrupted live coverage of the last day. The fact the usa tv channels arnt doing it pretty much confirms it. Ratings rule remember. Like i said i expect the verdict to be live.

I'm surprised you boys arn't running your own website with live feed such is your great personal interest in it.

Maybe. It's also possible that they might think that the assistant judge (against whom the complaint was directed) might, if he's still "on the fence," decide for a guilty verdict to show that he wasn't in the defense's pocket.

It's called "working the refs." Works all the time in sports. Whether it will work this time depends on the judge.
