Yep, that was bold. And truthful.
I only hope it won't spark retribution.
Speaking not only for myself, but commenters everywhere.
Probably all of us would be interested in improving our own writing styles.
This so as to avoid uncivil impolite sniping, borderline off topic rants, redundant lengthy pontifications, making predictions "with absolute certainty" of future totally unpredictable events, and so on.
Today, as in past, I cannot help noticing that yet again Blogger SfarzoTM writings about the case are repeatedly exalted and heralded here (again).
Specifically, his last post being "his best ever" or slightly more reasonably "one of his best".
Therefore, Sfarzo might consider marketing himself as an educator for writer wannabes worldwide when his 15 minutes of fame from this case expires.
This of course assumes:
1) Mr Sfarzo does errr...'bite off more than he can chew'.. when confronting cops (again)
2) Mr Sfarzo does not again run afoul of the law with his writings and have to shut down (again).
3) Mr Fisher/FischerTM remains available to again be sole rescuer of Sfarzo's writings if he is shut down, again.
Not a big deal in either case, really, but why aren't we hearing about how Meredith was into sex, drugs and alcohol?

I keep thinking of quotes from Wicked for some reason:
Yes. Bad move, and it could indeed spark a counter reaction. It should have been subtly, subtly, implied, and not said outright. It could also backfire. The judges and jury might be willing to accept police incompetence and even overzealousness in this case, but making a need to accept outright corruption and fabricating of evidence a condition of acquittal might be "a bridge too far" for them.
Personally, I wonder if the prosecution was almost hoping that one of the defense attorneys would make such an accusation, and thus generate a backlash.

Sad to say, even if the result of this trial is an acquittal, I think the "justice" system of Italy has been revealed as hopelessly unfair and corrupt by design. As a foreigner (even though someone who grew up partly in Europe), I would never want to set foot in Italy again, any more than I would in Iran.Again, what does this have to do with evidence presented at trial, and why are they even allowed to mention any of this?
BLNadeau MDG #amandaknox didn't even know what 112 or 113 meant when #meredithkercher was murdered (same as calling 911)

BLNadeau MDG finds it preposterous that #amandaknox and #sollecito would go 2 trbl of faking a break-in with rock, etc after murdering someone.

BLNadeau @scottbalaam thanks for your compliment!

BLNadeau MDG there are no traces in the murder room attributed to #amandaknox and #sollecito.

Hey!! I just thought of an important fact about the case!!
If Amanda is a witch, how come she dressed up like a kitty cat on Halloween? She must have all sorts of cool hats and brooms and stuff.
Your ....errrr,, argument is given all the due consideration by me that it's depth and factual rebuttal deserves.
With over 66,000 posts and counting, may I suggest your "useless" description might best be applied to many here..... including your own.
Edit:
with 100 to one odds against me, I need nor pay particular attention to the ubiquitous pile on 'atta boys' here.
But fully understand why you usually find need to.
Onofarar,

Press trying to square Comodi's comment that there is no extradition agreement between Italy and USA. Is there an accord?
If she really did say this, it either shows:
a) A deliberate and malignant attempt to mislead the jurors
or
b) A stupidity and ignorance so deep, that I wouldn't entrust the cleaning of my loo to this woman (or any of her colleagues).
I believe I saw where Poppeř put the odds of acquittal at 1% ¿¿¿
