he says Guede did crimes "in scalata" (jumping up) with window broken as in Perugia and remember witness statement by truck driver 1st floor a man arrives and he recognised him as RG
It is not difficult to jump from that wall.

My colleaugue did jump up during a demonstration, at the middle there is a nail that my man used and the nail did not break. He seems to be showing a video ....

On the traces of the wall, my man with shoes did not leave any trace.

Rudy bled also during this thing, not true he did not get hurt. But he bled probably llke in shaving a bit later. Rudy had a cut in right hand so it is proven ... it is likely he cut himself with the glass.

Thanks to Popper @PMForg for the super fast translations of Maori's comments, lots of great information and much better than twitter updates. I would post that there but they don't like it when I did that last time.

Nobody else on earth has earned sufficent respect to have all their opinions accepted without a provided reason. Why should your statements be revered as if straight from the mouth of a god?

Opinions that are connected to facts that are not in dispute are respected. That is why Steve's opinions are respected and your opinions are not. What Steve's speech sounds like (to you) is not a fact that is not in dispute.

Ditto about the efforts of all the EOA (Enemies of Amanda).

I don't think pilot was asking for us to worship him or bring his words down from the mountaintop. In this particular case, I agree with him. It was a pretty lame explanation.

If he (Mr Moore) wanted to comment he should have said something along the lines of she lost her temper, should not have done that in a public setting, and regrets the sideshow.

Just my opinion.

EOA? I don't care for labels like this, again my opinion.

maybe i'm an irritable grump today...

but this attitude-
Very long day at #amandaknox trial, too long and impossible for jury to be following all this

we have a murdered girl and the family wanting justice and closure, and two students living in prison for 4 yrs that doesnt have heat or air conditioning and no lunches outside...no dinners and wine...

....and often there are people whining of being tired, dozing off, its too much to comprehend....too long? like they've been working too hard? its been too difficult for them?

why are they there? maybe a new line of work is better for them.

I am asking for justice for all involved with this case, not just for Meredith Kercher.
 
Looks like it's over for today. Really hard work for the court and the lawyers. Blame the prosecution that flooded them with this incredible amount of bullcrap. Maori did a good job of demolishing all of their nonsense.
 
Judge says possible verdict on Saturday according to Nadeau. He already knows what's going to happen. I'll be surprised if they're not done by just after lunch.

In their words the expert opinion would have ruined the reputation of "scientifica", they said the defense spoke too much talking of criminal responsibility of police. No we do not agree. We believe in absurd attitude towards defendants and their families.

Bugged phones of the whole family of Sollecito. 39k phone calls intercepted, none of them used. What a cost for nothing. Only to allow certain people to comment on family of Sollecito. Today GB read some. I read more. Repeats what GB already said today.

Even in December 2010 Francesco Sollecito was bugged in the Aviello case. Sollecito family is still bugged [PM intervenes and say these cannot be mentioned as open proceeding, judge agrees].

Inspector Battistelli of postal police twice not truthful. Time he arrives and entry into the room of the murder. It is legitimate but he lied, someone told him not to say in Maori's view.

Maori says he is really at the end.

Motive makes no sense (in first degree) 2 people who do not know each other, without agreement, at 2030 of 1 november all of a sudden they agree to meet go to Grimana then at 2300 or 2330 and then .... the rest. In Maori's view it makes no sense.

Maori says RG is a criminal of the worst species, always refused confrontation, PMs did not appeal in Cassazione, tell me about impartiality. he says he did not speak of Aviello and the others those elements are important but indirect evidence (referred by others).

Defense asks for full acquittal for all crimes, no doubt.
Asks a proceeding of slander against Rudy and Kokomani.

Where were you when the prosecution failed to appeal the mitigation that shortened Rudy's sentence? Only Rudy had sexual knowledge of Ms. Kercher.

The CNN article reported on Ms. Comodi's false claim that there was mixed blood: "On Saturday, she told jurors that the original court had concluded 'beyond any reasonable doubt' that blood from both Knox and Kercher found in the bathroom sink had been left there when Knox washed herself after the killing." CNN should have explained that this was not what the Massei court concluded, nor is it a scientifically justified claim. MOO.
