So by turning up at court you give them Jurisdiction?

If you don't turn up what's to stop them putting out a warrant and having you arrested and compelled to appear?

How it usually goes is like this. Someone makes a wild claim then people skeptical of what is being presented ask for evidence of said claim. Waffle and philosophical musings don't cut it, only proof will do. If evidence is not presented and the claim is not retracted then ridicule usually ensues.

You have been repeatedly asked to either present evidence of what you claim to be able to do or your method of doing it. You have failed to do either, this is why no one is interested in discussing your

To make it clear once more, you claim to have done what the vast majority of people would regard as impossible. Naturally, people doubt your honesty. The only way you can dispel that view is by showing them that they are wrong, either present evidence that you are exempt from court judgements or tell us how you do it (so we can judge if your method is viable). Continued failure to do this can in no way be regarded as

Without delving too deeply into my subconscious, how about me posting in here to highlight the stupidity of Menards scam so that it maybe, just maybe will stop someone else from getting wrapped up in his web of deceit.

Fair enough. I suppose I'm talking more about myself. I started posting on freeman forums for that same reason. Its only lately, a year later, finding myself debating the same nonsensical statements, asking for the same evidence from the same person, that I've begun to question what my real motivation is.

For me, I must admit that there is a "train wreck" quality to most freeman discussion threads that I can't help but be curious about (in the same way that one turns their head to watch as they slowly pass an accident scene on the highway).

When I first encountered this FOTL crap, I was fresh out of law school and flush with all my new and expensive knowledge. At first, I thought, WTF?...these people are using phrases like "common law" and a bunch of legal sounding jargon, but none of it has anything to do with reality. Here, I'll post some simple explanations, some legal theory and some case law that shows how badly they are misunderstanding law and the legal system - I'll be so helpful and it'll all be great!

Boy was I in for a wake-up call.

Now they just piss me off. Well, the conmen that sell lies knowing full well that they are selling lies piss me off. Victims like Lance Thatcher make me sad. Others who aren't so vulnerable and get into the FOTL thing just because they are looking for a way to cheat the system deserve everything they get.

Jlord and solzhenitsyn have the patience to keep engaging FOTLers in discussion. Kudos to them. I don't know how they do it. For my part, I think derision and a demand for evidence are all that the conmen deserve. The victims are probably beyond help.

Let's be clear then, Rob. Are you advising anybody who has a court appearance looming not to turn up?
A simple yes or no will suffice.

I'm convinced a certain FOTL con man posts on forums such as this for one reason and one reason alone. He craves attention.
 
I came to FMOTL by way of the 1990s 'Sovereign' Citizen debacle. Same nonsense different colour
 
Its strange that he would come here and be ridiculed and exposed simply because no one else wants to talk to him.
He even avoids freeman forums now because they can see through him.

I suppose in Robs eyes bad publicity is better than no publicity at all.
 
Which is why he needs to be nailed down, evidence/method or nothing.
