Gage paid himself 70k in 2009 (i could be wrong, but i looked it up once, it is published in the forum). It is public record, the money he makes, his fraud extends to being a non-profit organization. Gage's claims only fools people who refuse to do the research to find he is pushing nonsense.
You could do the research? Why do you fall for fraud? At least you can limit your financial losses with Gage.

Why don't you look up what Gage took in? Can you do reality based research? Check what is said?

Much of this money went to Gage's "World Tour of Truth", allowing him the opportunity to sight-see on the "Non-Profit" organizations dime!

Also, suggest to him that he start working on his 2011 filing right away, since applying for another extension of time this year would be kind of like sending the IRS a greeting card reading

Not at all.

Gage did not file returns on time for AE911t for 2010. That is not speculation, it is verifiable fact.

Far from accusing him, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt by assuming that his failure to file on time is not in violation of the law -- that is, that he applied for and received an extension of time to file. However, if you don't wish me to engage in such speculation, then I will also acknowledge that it is also possible that he has already broken the law by failing to file.

The rest of my post was just friendly advice, for him and, if you would prefer that your donations to AE911t not end up being spent on fines, penalties, interest, legal fees, or bail, for you. The U.S. tax laws permit phony-baloney nonprofits -- that is, nonprofits that actually spend most of their donations enriching their organizers rather than actually performing the work they claim to be organized for -- a great deal of leeway to operate as such. One of the only means the Federal government has for keeping the worst abuses by such phony-baloney nonprofits in check is to require them to be very diligent about their financial record-keeping. Filing more than four months late (even if given legal permission to be up to six months late) is a likely indicator of the lack of such diligence, which is something that could eventually get Gage into serious legal and financial trouble. Hence, my advice to you to pass on to him an admonition to improve his procedures and fulfill his fiduciary obligations to file on time in the future.
