I'm fine with English, thanks. I understand the language quite well... being English and all.

Why are you still, after all theses years, so insistent on calling people who do not agree with your misinterpretation of words "children" ? It's been a running theme with you for a very long time now. This is one of the reasons you are ridiculed... you have an appalling grasp of the English Language or The Law yet call people children when this is pointed out to you.

There's also the small aspect of charging people for bogus legal advice then blaming them when they get locked up.
 
Is there any news on that all-important document that conclusively states and proves, legally, that Canada recognises you as a "Freeman On The Land" ? ... Still need to ask because you've been claiming to hold said document for many years now.

You have invited yourself to other fora, sold your "Letters To The Authorities" to gullible fools, said "on-stage"/in someones garden that you have been recognised as a so called "Freeman on the Land". Yet you can never show the only copy you have of this wonderful piece of evidence.

Show your marks the document.

(Don't rant about Children should you respond to this. It is tiresome and only increases everyones belief that you are a psychiatrist's wet-dream).
 
I have been wondering about this wonderful document.
If existing it would destroy the legal system overnight, so what are the chances that some NWO agents or MIB's have not destroyed it rather snappish after it's existence became known at headquarters.:rolleyes:

Hey in Canada does everyone have to file a form to the equivalent of the IRS even if they don't make enough money to actually pay taxes?

Yup. But the CRA (Canadian IRS) is not especially vigilant in pursuing people who work in the cash economy at the subsistence level. Not really worth the effort.

Not necessarily. I believe if you don't owe any taxes you don't have to file a return unless CRA demands one, which they often will if you are of working age and stop filing returns after previously doing so.

Edit - After seeing D'rok answer I looked into it and found the following:

Basically if you don't owe taxes and didn't recieve a demand from CRA to file one, and you don't fall into a few other categories then you don't have to file. So there is no automatic requirement.

Although they do pay a bit of attention. My first year of grad school, when I claimed the student credit thingys for 12 months of the year, rather than the 8 I had previously claimed, they did send a letter asking me for some evidence of such nonsense.


Of course, unlike some people I could mention, I had the evidence.
 
So....if Menard has been recieving money in the amounts he claims should he have let the CRA know about it?

Possibly. But it's hard to say how much he really earns. Only he knows.

I was a musician for ten years and was paid almost exclusively in cash. I didn't file a tax return for that entire time. I had no issues with the CRA either then or now that I'm an ordinary citizen.

I guess I was a freeman for a while!

My understanding is that Menard once filed some papers in the Small Claims Court and filled his name out with "Freeman On The Land" on the end of it. When the court corresponded with him they copied his name on their paperwork exactly as he had written it himself. He then claimed that because he had court documents with a court stamp on them that addressed him with the FOTL tag, the presence of the court stamp was proof that the courts recognised his legal status as a FOTL. I'm sure he also said those papers were enough to thrust under a judge's nose to enable him to walk free from any court.
Menard obviously does not understand that the court would have copied whatever he had written.
 
I don't think he's coming back lads, his tail is well and truly between his legs.
 
Yup, and if he pops up anywhere else plying his trade then a quick link to this thread should put things in perspective for people who may by tempted by his oil.
