He murdered Americans, which gives jurisdiction to the USA, even if his crimes hadn't occurred in the USA, although they mostly did. Other entities might also have jurisdiction, but there is no way in *********** hell that the USA would have handed him over to be tried at The Hague or whatever. They don't even have the death penalty.

That term is very very very very VERY hard for Amerika haters to understand. It's almost as if they don't want to understand. It's almost as if they think we should actually care what they think. It's almost as if they think we should actually take their advice. It's almost as if they think we should meekly do their browbeating, backbiting bidding.

Canadians have certainly killed enemy combatants in Afghanistan. Should Canada be condemned or is it only bad when the USA does it?

It is. They use precision strikes to minimise collateral damage and they follow the strict rules of engagement, such as not hitting mosques and hospitals.

I suppose that would mean that Palestine is uncivilized compared to Israel seeing as how there is currently no death penalty in Israel (I believe the only person they ever executed was Adolf Eichmann - boo hoo), where as in Palestine one can get sentenced to death for the horrible, descpicable crime of selling land to Jews. Correct?

israel may not have the death penalty on the books, but their inhumane treatment of palestinians makes them a barbarian state.
