i believe that, since obl's crimes were international in nature, his court should have also been international.
he was a criminal. he killed lots of people, all over the world.
He murdered Americans, which gives jurisdiction to the USA, even if his crimes hadn't occurred in the USA, although they mostly did. Other entities might also have jurisdiction, but there is no way in *********** hell that the USA would have handed him over to be tried at The Hague or whatever. They don't even have the death penalty.
