Some of the following is just putting words together.

Creating a dynamic condensed matter environment that could capture ubiquitous neutrinos and convert them into fusion enablers or gluons.

Micro-scale particle accelerators, operating at high structural efficiencies, within micro-fractured condensed matter?

Pseudo particle creation, leading to nucleosynthesis pathways that do not generate hard radiation?

Surface phonon acceleration of particles or pseudo particles, along the surfaces of fractures.

Smearing the paths of multiple real accelerated particles, to temporarily produce the wave image of a particle.

You forgot 'waving a magic wand.'

You forgot 'waving a magic wand.'

I don't believe that anyone has claimed that waving a magic wand has produced any results. The results for excess energy production are spotty, but do not seem to be intentional efforts at deceit.

My potential list of candidates was not all inclusive.

What was the micro structure of the wand?

Had the wand been thoroughly saturated with deuterium before it was waved?

Was it being waved within a high divergence magnetic field?

Did an infrared image of the wand indicate any sudden surface brightening, while it was being waved?

Waving a wand saturated with deuterium in a magnetic field might represent a method of exposing a candidate modified material, to a variety of conditions, to quickly assess its viability.

An interesting idea that you may have found. Learning from our previous encounters, you must have had a lot of help with it.

What does that have to do with cold fusion?

Nothing unless he knows how to get neutrons to flow in a solid. Neutrons don't have a polarity.

Deuteron nucleus is somewhat mobile within a some solids. It is a proton and a neutron. It can be moved through some intact, (no fractures), solids.

I don't know if Deuterons can be accelerated through a lattice without collisions.

It would probably need to be on the surface of a crack to be able to be accelerated to any significant velocity.

How it would be accelerated would also be a problem.

Pure electrostatic acceleration seems unlikely.

A surface phonon might do it. I don't know how big the crack has to be to allow a surface phonon to form. What would be the source or generator for the surface phonon would also be unknown. Is a particular frequency necessary?

Does the flow of a neutrally charged particles direction, produce any change in the field that its movement generates?

The catchphrase most associated with the Third Doctor's era is probably "reverse the polarity of the neutron flow". The phrase was Pertwee's way of dealing with the technobabble that he was required to speak as the Doctor. Terrance Dicks recalls that he had used the line in a script, and Pertwee approached him about the line. Dicks had feared that he would have to remove it, but Pertwee stated that he liked it, and wanted to see it more often. Dicks obliged.[2] [...]

Although it is theoretically possible to reverse the polarity of a neutron flow with respect to their magnetic moment,[3] the phrase is meaningless in the contexts in which the series uses it.

It's just possible Vorpal was being facetious.

There's a very short list of people who understand what you are saying and I'm not sure even you are on it.

Um, no.

Words don't make fusion work, reality does.

The problem is the energies involved in combining nuclei and neutrons/protons. If you could do it at cold temps nebulae would fuse.

What reference do you have they can be accelerated at all to the energies needed?

Excuse me, explain what is a phonon and how it would do this in real physics, as opposed to crack pot physics.

Surface phonon polaritons are electromagnetic waves that propagate along the interfaces of polar dielectrics and exhibit a large local-field enhancement near the interfaces at infrared frequencies. Theoretical calculations show that such surface waves can lead to breakdown of the Planck’s blackbody radiation law in the near field. Here, we experimentally demonstrate that surface phonon polaritons dramatically enhance energy transfer between two surfaces at small gaps by measuring radiation heat transfer between a microsphere and a flat surface down to 30 nm separation. The corresponding heat transfer coefficients at nanoscale gaps are 3 orders of magnitude larger than that of the blackbody radiation limit. The high energy flux can be exploited to develop new radiative cooling and thermophotovoltaic technologies

A surface wave phonon is a (frustrated) form of electromagnetic wave.

Back in 1989, Thomas Ebbesen measured that well over 100% of the light that was hitting the holes on one side, was getting through the holes to the other side, and out. There was more light coming out of the holes than was going into them! It was as though the metal between the holes was gathering the light and magically funneling the light to the holes.

Some people call them plasmons, they have other names depending on the field that they are used in.

When sending charged particles through a slit, it will also explain action at a distance without invoking weirdness. The charged particles cause a resonant oscillation along the edges of the slit. Action at a distance seems to be a myth because of an unseen phenomena. Unless you want to break the speed of light. Good luck on that one.

None of the known laws of physics, applied to any of the words you've used (neutrino, gluon, accelerator, pseudoparticle, nucleosynthesis, phonon, wave) leads to anything resembling cold fusion.

Spotty without deceit equals unlikely at best so null.

A complex phenomena where the variables are not understood, would also give spotty results. I am not sure that Cold Fusion exists, but I find this kind of problem to be fascinating. Its like walking to a a coliseum, through the graveyard of all the people that your opponent has previously beaten.

Are you going to be the next Moth that the flame burns? Curiosity can be painful and frustrating. Persistence and adaptation is necessary for success in any field.

It is like Bugs Bunny versus the Crusher.
