Something funny I noticed is that in the first minute, a narrator talks about how great and wonderful architects and engineers are (I agree with that). But then we quickly learn that this narrator is... an architect or engineer, right? No, it's a retired Hollywood actor! Okay, if that wasn't strange enough, the very next person in the video is a controlled demolition expert (again, not an engineer who spent a single second studying the engineering facts about WTC7 but watched its collapse on a laptop - in fact he was never even told the building was on fire and didn't even know what it was or that it collapsed on 9/11!). Then they show radio hosts interviewing a paramedic and a student (and then insert a sound effect of an explosion into a video of WTC7's collapse - how professional!). So at this point I'm thinking, after all the love given to architects and engineers in the intro, when are we actually going to HEAR FROM an architect or an engineer??? Then they next show... is it... could it finally be an engineer?! No, they show a 9/11 truther talking! Kevin McPadden! Then various audio clips of reporters. (All of whom only say it LOOKED like or was AS IF the building was imploded.)
Finally, five minutes into the video, they show a few architects and engineers, merely repeating the same insane claims that were disproven years ago. Then it's Neils Harrit (not an architect or engineer). Next up are two chemical engineers (I'll give half credit for these since its technically a field of engineering, but so is software engineer). Next is Kevin "The Waterboy" Ryan, a water tester. Then another chemical engineer, then a Seattle firefighter who wasn't even anywhere near NYC on 9/11, then a fired professor of solar energy and mormon theology expert, then a professor of Biology. A professor of Biology??? Of all the "experts" they interview, almost none of them are either architects or engineers. And sure there are a few architects and engineers in the video as well as who signed the petition on their website, but there's 1,700,000 employed architects and engineers in the U.S. alone. That doesn't even include retirees, professors, or ones who changed careers, much less those worldwide (and AE911Truth's members are from around the world). So if Ed Asner puts such high esteem into the expertise of architects and engineers, I wonder what he would say about the fact that over 99.99% of architects and engineers reject this controlled demolition garbage. Thanks for the laugh, marokkan.
