Well, I'm going to need a few more cow-puns before the story is done. I'm trying to work out a joke based on how "moooooo-ron" shouldn't really rhyme with "mooo" because of the different "o" sounds.

I have no beef with that. Best to milk it for all its worth. Do what you hoof to. Do what you calf to. It's not like you are on the horns of a dilemma, after all. I suppose you cud try a different approach or just moo on. Don't cow-tow.
