LOL. "I randomly stumbled on your website and I read the article about me."

I can picture porky furtively googling around to see who is saying bad things about him. The guy from Texas, Perugia Shock, now these guys . . . Mignini is kind of like an Italian Richard Nixon. Except fatter. And nuttier.

One would hope that money would not be Mr Kercher's motivation for writing such a book.......

I wouldn't think so. And if past behavior is any predictor of future results, said book would also be unrelated to the concepts of truth and justice.

I formatted this and I still don't get it. That 'child-abuse' thing is new to me, that's a translation error I'm guessing? * * *

Kaosium,

There were no abused minors. Only minor abuses.

I am still waiting to hear from Perugia Shock on Mignini trial status...I may have confused his trial as one held in another district...so now I am unsure if he was acquitted first and found guilty on appeal or something else. I have asked PS to clarify as he certainly knows waz up with Mignini.

At my age I consider AK and RS as minors...so I will reserve judgment as to if he abused minors...I say yes!

Thank you for the informed response Kaosium. I was aware of quite a bit of what you said in a general way but I did not know a lot of the specifics.

Unfortunately your post makes it look like I was the source of the statements that you responded to. For the record, the claims regarding the evidence of Knox's guilt were copied from a web site and do not reflect my view of the situation.

Aw geez, I'm sorry. I musta just copied and pasted the 'quote' stuff without even thinking about it. :o

Absolutely no problem. I thought it was accidental and I thought it was pretty clear what had happened. I just wanted to make it clear to a casual reader of the post that I didn't actually write most of the stuff credited to me in your post.

Amanda's Room Dec 18

More on the Dumb and Dumber Trashed a Crime Scene series:

It continues to amaze this strange desire by the cops to move things from one place to another, adjust, shift, put somewhere else. For what purpose?

Note that they were wearing hazmat suits where the footwear could not be changed. They went from Amanda's room to Meredith's room in the same footwear. They certainly could have brought Raffaele's DNA into the room.

Note also the uncollected blood stain on Amanda's pillow. You would think they would have collected it earlier in case it was related to the murder....

Finally getting around to collecting blood stain on Amanda's Pillow - Dec 18.

WHAT is up with the constant posing things on the FLOOR. Where did they learn in their 4 month training program that the floor is as clean as a lab table?

Homo sapiens means wise man.
I think man with big brain is a more apt description for the crime scene investigators.

Thanks for nothing. This silly non response to a question about an apparent identity on another forum, along with Justinian's incomprehensible posts, contribute to the reputation this thread holds in the forum as a whole.

I believe the "reputation" you mention is undergoing some changes.

Maybe not in the direction you hope.

Your druthers may vary.

I believe a lot of posters on the forum are starting to realize that maybe the idea of innocence in this case is not a crazy conspiracy theory.

You obviously have a different opinion.

I think 1st appeal, unless I missed something.

I might be wrong, but I think that Mignini's already had his first appeal on these charges. IIRC, the appeal court actually increased the sentence and found him guilty in ways that the first court had not. But, as you say, it seems incredibly hard to find any information about this. I wonder if this has anything to do with just how industrious Mignini has been in "stumbling across" web references to his criminal difficulties.......

Really, how many posters would you say have changed their respective positions during the appeal?

According to me, "a lot".

ETA, what I said was not that a lot had changed their positions but rather a lot were starting to realize that the side of innocence might not be some crazy CT. Here is my exact quote:

He makes mention of both legal grounds for the appeal as well as merit. If it was the SC appeal it would just be on the legal grounds if I am understanding things properly. This suggests to me that it is the first appeal.
