Already been posted. What does this say other then that story is true? The FBI said those things. There was never an indictment against him...I mean these are facts. The American people deserved an indictment, there should have been one.

OBL was indicted for the Embassy bombings and the Cole bombing. The FBI felt that this was enough to bring him to justice. Just because you personally feel that he should have also been indicted for 9-11 doesn't mean the FBI has to abide by your personal needs & desires.
Government does not operate simply based on the emotionally-driven wishes of the masses. They have rules & protocols that they stick to & follow.

What that does is explain to you why there were no indictments. Some might say that an indictment is far less than the US “deserve” and they would prefer Navy SEALS to put bullets in his face.
Either way, it is completely irrelevant. It is hilarious though how you accuse rationalists of “believing everything the government tells you” yet here you are, bringing up irrelevant issues about what the FBI previously stated. You’re a liar and a fraud.
Exactly my point this guy commits the biggest crime in the history of the US and that's all they can say...they don't need to at this point? Your damn right they need to. How would you feel if you lost a loved one on 9/11 and that's what the FBI says...we don't need to at this point. Why should there have been an indictment? Why did the American people deserve one? What would it serve? Opening up the US to a complex legal wrangle with the best lawyers OBL could afford?
Personally, I'm satisfied with Seals busting his house open, shooting him in his own bedroom in front of his wife and feeding him to the sharks. Better, I'd like to see his head on a plate, but you can't have everything.
In fact, OBL was listed as a co-conspirator for the terrorist attacks on 9-11:

Osama bin Laden is listed as a co-conspirator for the terrorist attacks on 9-11.
He was indicted for the African embassy bombings, the Cole bombing, and the FBI left his status open for additional charges as they saw fit.
I'm sure they are very unhappy that their protocols & methods displease you.

Filing an indictment requires certain legal things to be done, evidence to be presented...I mean it would have been nice...could you imagine it would be on national TV...everyone watching..but that never happened.
Show me a report of any other metal that was molten.
OBL was listed as a co-conspirator for the attacks on 9-11.
He was charged for the Cole & African embassy bombings.
What you desire has little to do with how the FBI runs its ship.
