Not sure is you knew this, but there is a site called guidestar.org that you can sign up on for free to view information on non-profit organizations. They are listed in there with viewable 990s from 2007, 2008, 2009.

It was one building fire. They were four storeys max. There is no mention of total collapse of any of the building units, let alone all of them. I take it you can't read very well. The sources show it was 4 stories, steel framed, 3 separate buildings, & at least 1 totally collapsed due to fire. But so far your hand waving seems to be enough to negate all that.
