A link, please, to the story that states that someone still alive has the same name and date and place of birth as any of the hijackers. Because I've never seen any such thing stated, and frankly I think you're making it up.
(And then, if you happen to find it, please explain how the hijacker's date and place of birth was established.)
Mistaken identity is commonplace, and all these cases of mistaken identity were cleared up long ago.

You're argument about the passport makes no sense. The chances of a passport surviving that crash are so small, I'm not sure they can be quantified.
